I have come to this Tim Hortons, and every time it?s ?just okay?. I always get a bagel with cream cheese and every time there is... hardly any cream cheese and it?s never on both sides of the bagel. Yesterday I laughed out loud at how ridiculous my bagellooked because there was essentially no cream cheese at all and it felt like a waste of my money. I don?t want to pay extra forextra cream cheese, I just want a regular amount of cream cheese spread on both sides of my bagel! Read more

I am a long time lover of Tim Hortons. The food and coffee are always great....except this last time. Just stopped at a tiny... little TH shop near Kingston, OH on the way back to Charlotte, NC. We got 2 coffees and were hoping for Tim Bits. The only onesthey had were the Beiber Bits so we got those, never had them before. These are not your best product. They are crazy sweet andbit on the stale side. We couldn't finish the 10 count box we got. Just wanted to let you know this idea may need somereengineering. ?????????? Read more

Shady Tim hortons I went through the drive through this morning at 5:46am and paid for my order and the order behind me (it was... my girlfriend) and the man at the window still told her the total and took her money when I had already paid for her order. Shedidn?t get a receipt, but I have both of mine! Management should look into this. Read more

The drive thru in the morning is packed and the staff always messes up the orders, or at least mine, unless I order on the app... in the line. I've ordered a pumpkin spice latte and got a macchiato. Then this morning, I wanted two bagels with cream cheeseand a pumpkin glazed donut. And I got a chocolate glazed and chocolate chip muffin...such a disappointment. If this locationwasn't so close to my workplace, I would go elsewhere or just use the app. Read more
