Ordered food. I asked for the turkey club sub. I got the Tubys sub. I can?t eat this. I called back and was told they don?t... make the club sub anymore. Mac and cheese bites are freezer burnt. Can't believe they would even serve them to us. Sandwich was awful too! Waste of $20!

Everything I ordered was hot and fresh and good, that is what the 2 stars are for. This could have been a 5 star but they did... not put on tubbys sauce on my steak and cheese. I ordered the tubbys famous (my fav) & onion chips. Everything was fresh & so delicious. The manager/owner was really nice &... friendly. Which sadly is rare nowadays. The store is quite clean as well. Overall a great dining experience. Read more

By far the worst Tubby's I have ever had. Ordered a taco sub and the ground beef was not even properly prepared. Everything was... mashed together with zero effort and they did not even put taco sauce on it. However this is not surprising since it was comingfrom Brighton. I find that the fast food in this location is lacking majorly. Most likely due to rich, snobby kids that havehad everything handed to them all their life. So of course this is to be expected. Not sure what is going on at this location. Usually don't have a problem but it was a waist of $20 today. I ordered a Jumbo... Steak and Cheese combo and an extra fry. What I got was a sub with hardly any meat in it, not close to jumbo, and ice coldfries that were under cooked. I wish I could add a pic of this mess but it won't load to this site. Since I was on lunch anddidn't have time to go back i might as well of thrown the $20 in the trash. That's were the food went. Read more

Tubbys sub shop chain has been around a long long time. The subs are great. The famous with sauce on the side is always a great... choice that keeps well for lunch the next day. Rob the owner is very professional and operates a clean establishment. I raninto a issue with quality of staff tonight 12/19/19. Very inexperienced and did not know the menu and hot long to cook thechicken in the three fried. And made my famous subs that are normally a cold sub on the grill.
