Lights all on. Pulled up to drive through speaker about midnight. No response and after about 5 minutes, all lights turned... off. Don't care if they shut down, but don't leave the lights on so customers get mislead. Read more
Awful experience tonight. The drive through guy was creepy as all get out. Older guy, dark hair... Went on some weird tangent... about calling people maam or sir. Winked and was like "you know what I mean, don't you", literally had no idea what he wasbabbling about. Handed him my card to pay, he looked it over both sides for an unusual amount of time. Like who does that? Slidethe card and process my payment. I swear if my CC# just got harvested I'll be suing this location. Salad was prettydisappointing, lettuce was wilting, brown tips, very unappealing looking. Looks like they're stretching their produce longerthan they should. Very disheartening to see a sign on the window that they're hiring 14 year olds. Does this mean you're payingthem Michigan under 20 training wage? Which is only $4.25/hr. Was busy when we stopped. Took a bit to get food and when we did get the food one of the fry's wasn't very warm and the double... stack only had one hamburger patty on it ( supposed to have 2) so had to go back threw drive thru (was still busy) to get orderfixed. After waiting 15 minutes for my order with three cars in line, I was missing a large fry. For $22 this is what I get. Then I... had to wait in line another 15 minutes, staff did not care about my inconvenience and got no apologies. They also upsold me acookie for my son, and never got that either. Read more
Where do I start? Let's start with I spent 30 dollars on possibly the WORST meal on the planet. My fries were cold and gross. My... spicy nuggets were lukewarm and gross. And my Jr bacon cheeseburger....well, the keyword in that is bacon, which my burger didNOT have... Now I get it, fast food right before they close blah blah blah but....my bacon tho? How is that possible? I'm noteven gonna mention how the burger was already made wrong, but y'all forgot my bacon... now, to make matters worse.... My burgerwas older than I am. I wouldn't give it to a homeless dog. (See video on my Facebook) And the words "no ice" means no ice,therefore there should be NO ice in my drink, and yet..... No surprise tho, there was ice in my drink... And then y'all messedup my pregnant girlfriends food too? Y'all should just quit. While I'm here.... Your drive through cashier seemed like he wasmad at the fact he was alive, well, that's something we can agree on. So between him and whatever moron was making foodhorribly....your parents should be insanely embarrassed that y'all can't make a burger at Wendy's correctly. KYS. Read more
The people that work there were nice but I was served perhaps the nastiest fast food I?ve ever had. Literally wouldn?t be... surprised if this piece of chicken was reheated multiple times. Read more
