Pizza is either not cooked or overcooked with very little toppings. customer service is very poor. When first opened 6 months... ago the first pizza was great. Since then they don't make them the same and cheap out on toppings. I recently purchased a giftcard for some friends of mine from the Brighton location. They tried to use it and it had no money on it, I had given them thereceipt and the manager took it but did not give them the value of the receipt. Called head office and to this date noresponse. Really disappointed in the service today. I had to pay 5$ extra to deliver to my area, which is 11 minutes away from their... location. And the order came one and a half hours later!! Obviously food arrived cold. Called numerous times to find out wheremy order is and told it?s on the way. Received 15$ off total. What a joke, but was too tired and hungry to argue at 10:15pm bythat point. Didn?t even receive an apology or any way to correct for the future. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Read more

This was the worst restaurant experience I?ve had to date. Not only do none of the workers wear gloves. I sat in there for over... thirty minuets passed when they said my order would be ready. And it was a small personal pizza. When I told them I wanted mymoney back for how long they took I didn?t get a single apology. I did get my money back but they just took the pizza and put itin the warming area for somebody else to eat or to be thrown away. I?m disgusted also with the fact nobody wears gloves and ishandling everyone?s food, recipes and opening boxes with out anyone washing their hands. Over thirty minuets watching them andnot once did anyone use the sick. I?ve also been attempting to call them and it goes straight to voicemail *which is full* andit just hangs up on you. It's a newly opened store for pizza hut in Brighton. It's located on the opposite side of an arena. Everyone is aware about the... great taste of the pizza and its crunchy base. Love that Brighton now has a Pizza Hut. Not the largest one I've been to but what they lack in size they make up for in every... other way. Polite employees and very quick service. They have even included Pizza Hut into the pizza day program at BrightonPublic School. My son absolutely loves it and I know for a fact his classmates do as well. A nice addition to our little town.
