I have been a resident of Brighton for a long time and I have always been impressed with our Tim Horton?s. The service is... always friendly and consistently reliable and fast. I had an experience today (October 5th 2022 just before 8am) that was sopositive and wonderful that I absolutely had to write a positive review and tell the story. As I was waiting to turn into thedrive thru another driver came from the other side of the parking lot and cut me off entering the drive thru lane. While I?maware he had the right of way, I had been waiting for a while to make my left and he completely took my spot in line. Thedecent human thing to do when seeing another driver waiting their turn is to let them go first. What?s worse is that he refusedto acknowledge what he had done. As I got to the speaker I was clearly bothered by the interaction and I said to the person onthe other end that I apologize if I seemed crusty but someone had just cut me off and took my spot. As I got to the window,three wonderful people came up to make sure I was ok and also gave me my coffee for free to try to make it right and help meturn my day around. Tim Horton?s and it?s employees were under no obligation to do anything because of this other driver?sbehaviour but they DID and absolutely changed the course of my day in a positive way. I am so completely touched and heartwarmed by this act of human kindness and decency and it?s important that others are able to read of this story and hopefullychoose this Tim Horton?s for their coffee needs. Brighton Tim?s has made a loyal customer for life and I will absolutely besharing this wonderful story with friends, family and anyone I am recommending coffee to. Thanks again for making my day. Yesterday they sold me the Sausage Biscuit sandwich being bitten 1/3, I treated it as a mistake of wrapping a wrong one and... drove back to the restaurant for a change, the disgusting lady who might be a manager said I ate part of it and rejected tochange. It is not only a wrong sandwich, it is an insulting. And most of the time the salesperson on the phone in the drivethrough of this Tim Hortons are rude. Never go there again! Read more
Heather was a very rude Supervisor(I think she was). I had already waited 10 minutes for my sandwiches order before I asked... about it. She told me I had to wait, maybe up to 15 more minutes for my order. I was inside. People who ordered after me weregetting their orders. She even spelled out her name H E A T H E R! Two women who ordered after I did came back into the storeand told them that 'this' was not their order! Always clean, but busy. Kudos to team member Heather for keeping her head and being patient but firm with a rude customer who... wanted his food "right now", because apparently he's more important than the 6 people ahead of him. Excellent demonstration ofprofessionalism, Heather! Read more
Decided to use the app for the first time everything was wrong. - Ice Cap wasn't an Ice Capp I got a chill. - Requested no... meat on the sausage biscuit just egg and cheese. - Asked for Crispy chicken instead of Roasted Chicken. Got roasted chicken,got tomato when I asked for no tomato & got habanero wrap instead of my buffalo wrap. 0/5 Would not recommend major waste ofmoney. Read more
The Brighton and Colborne Tim's are the BEST Tim's I have ever been to. (And I've been to a lot) Even when new employees start... they are very friendly and helpful as much as the seasoned employees are.
