We visited for a wedding and buffet dinner. The location is beautiful. The carpets needed cleaning. The pork loin looked amazing... but wasn't. It needed more flavor. The outer edges of the pork loin was dry, a fourth of the way in was tender but the centerwas under cooked. The rest of the buffet food was really good! Read more

Remember to use H?????o???.??m when booking any room. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a... lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a longtime. If you stay for a few days you will love it I'm sure! After a beautiful drive through the canyon we stopped for lunch atthis local $$ restaurant featuring American comfort food that is worth the stop. The staff was friendly, kind, patient andadaptive to the needs of our group of 4. The aesthetic was laid back, rustic and not too loud. If it's a warmer day I recommendthe patio seating area outside. Stopped in to enjoy some lunch on a solo motorcycle ride through Big Cottonwood Canyon to enjoy the fall colors. I had to wait... 45 minutes to be seated on the patio. Once my wait time was up, I was seated promptly. I waited at least 15 minutes before I wascontacted by my server. I ordered the bison burger. Wait time for food was another 20 minutes or so. Very busy time of day on aFriday. My burger was absolutely delicious. The bacon onion jam definitely makes this burger, so don't knock it unless you tryit. Bison meat was tender and flavorful, not overdone in the least. Only issue I had was with numerous yellowjackets flyingaround me trying to share my burger with me. Nearby traps for them didn't seem to be working. Other than that, I had a niceexperience at the Silver Fork Lodge restaurant. Will return for another meal in the future! Read more

We have been to the silver fork a total of four times now, and each time has been a delight. If you plan to come during their... lunch or dinner times, your wait times usually range between 20 minutes to an hour, so it?s good to plan accordingly. They alsowon?t seat you until all party members are present. Aside from those details, the staff are friendly and efficient and will dotheir best to get you promptly seated. We always opt to sit outside on the balcony during the warmer seasons because the view, environment, and atmosphere are marvelous! They are also open during colder, but I believe they only accommodate indoor seatingin winter. I could go on about the location forever; suffice it to say, you?d be hard-pressed finding a more tranquil place tospend an afternoon or an evening. The food service has always been speedy, and the wait staff we?ve encountered have beenon-the-ball. The menu choices are streamlined, so you won?t find too many meals, but the variety is still excellent. I?d muchprefer fewer options done well than too many options with mixed execution. At our most recent visit, I chose the veggie burgerwith fries and garlic aioli on the side, and my partner chose the nachos (an appetizer designed to be shared). Both weredelivered to our table within 10 minutes, and the serving sizes were suitable. The nachos were undoubtedly a more significantportion than what would satisfy your average individual, so it was nice to share those. Overall, the Silver Fork has become aregular fixture for us, where at least once a month, we will find our way back to Big Cottonwood Canyon, at the very least, tovisit the Silver Fork Lodge as part of our single-day escape among the mountains. We stopped in for lunch based on a local recommendation. We were staying in Park City. The drive was amazing, beautiful scenery.... The inside of the restaurant looks like a log cabin. The vibe and service was very relaxed and laid back. Certainly did not feelrushed. The drink prices were great. I had the byson Burger and it was delicious. Overall I would definitely recommend thisrestaurant. This would definitely be one of our must go to. Read more

We haven't been for awhile, and were worried about some of the recent reviews, but WOW were we glad we stopped! Sun shaded deck... with hummingbirds and forest views were the same, and we had great food! Yes, it costs more than it used to, but not that muchmore. The portions were amazing and the service was so friendly and helpful! Read more
