Would not recommend ordering pizza from this location. Took two hours to receive a simple order to my house which is less than... 2mins away in Brights Grove. When I complained about my situation to the store it disregarded any of it. Didn't even offer tocover the delivery fee. They also can't take simple orders or instructions. Oh and after forgetting my order and it showing up 2hrs later the delivery was missing my drinks. Just ridiculous considering how expensive this place is. Read more
3 stars because wife loved the poutine she's obsessed with poutines so it's a good thing of my pregnant wife loves their poutine... as for the pizza not so much way too thin of crust and way too much grease it was hard to tell if it was soggy due to grease orundercooked was hard to eat lil thicker crust and it would be good pizza however the xl is pretty good amount Read more
Brought a large pizza plus a large fries cost total 75 dollars and topping was very poor and you should see the fries lol ,I got... very lots more at Mc Donald's, that was ridiculously laughing to the customer and if you doesn't call rigth away they told youit's to late ,what a heck is that management there Read more
This evening was the 3rd time within 4 months of ordering at Sissios Brights Grove Not sure if owners changed or staffing.. but... again our order was 5 puffios? when I placed my order this evening I was scolded for not calling and complaining the other 2times when order not correct, so when order was wrong I decided to call Big mistake, waste of my energy?it?s sad when I?m askingwhen will replacement puffio arrive after 75 minutes of waiting, cut off midway conversation, then hung up on?? Where is theetiquette of customer satisfaction? I am only requesting what I willfully paid for and ordered? I understand all the businesslingo.. Told food would be ready in 35 minutes, had to wait an additional 19 minutes when I arrived on time. This happens every time ?... why not just say the proper time for food pickup ???? Pizza is extremely overpriced, we only order puffios.which are reasonablypriced food is ok. Read more

The taste of their pizzas are great, love the 3 item large and boneless wings for 30 bucks. Good deal. Only problem is that the... pizza is always soggy and falls a part as u pick it up. Sauce cheese then items not sauce items then cheese. It needs a strongerbase. But again it tastes verrrrry good Read more
Ordered 15 pizzas for our rehearsal dinner. The pizzas were ready on time, they were delicious!
