This is the worst Tim Hortons in town. I feel so bad for the staff. Always slow service, 6-8 staff for the drive through orders.... Inside it is 1 for the rest. Orders are always messed up. This is the last day I will support such an unorganized business. Iwill continue to support a private business. Please go to Global donuts. Great coffee !! Read more

The old lady usually working the drive through is miserable. I have been biting my tongue for years thinking maybe it is just a... bad day for her. Always some rude remark, and condescending attitude. I couldn't imagine how her co workers deal with this. Read more
Every time I go in I have to tell them to clean the table, really it has to be cleaner the other day I showed one of the girls... the dirt between the window and the bench and then quickly she got the broom and cleaned it this is the manegers job to keepchecking. Read more

I use the drive thru on a near daily basis. The drive thru staff are amazing; always friendly and cheerful. However, my wife and... I decided to take our grandson inside yesterday (Saturday) afternoon after a fun time at a nearby park. We said we would treathim to a drink and doughnut and we would have a coffee each. It?s been quite a while since we have entered the facility and wewere surprised by the deterioration of the condition. The interior is very ?tired? and the glass countertops throughout werefilthy. They obviously hadn?t been cleaned or wiped down in quite some time that day. It begged the question on how hygienic thegeneral and especially the food prep areas were. We had the same opinion of the booth seating areas; ripped/worn cushions andthe table surfaces were appalling; covered in sticky substances and stains. We had to clean them off ourselves before we satdown. To add to our discomfort, while we were uncomfortably sat down, we witnessed one of the female staff making an attempt touse a broom to clean up the floor area in front of the order desks. If she had done her attempted task any slower, I?m surerigor mortis would have set in. Needless to say, we will be avoiding going inside this Tim Hortons. We live locally so we willcontinue to use the drive thru for coffee (only). There needs to be some drastic changes to the management and welfare of thefacility. Not a good impression for locals and visitors to Brights Grove. Read more
