Amazing food, great service. The brisket sandwich had a generous amount of meat and was amazing, especially with the spicy sauce... added. The mac and cheese and cornbread were also absolutely wonderful. Beans weren't really bbq and kinda tasted like they werefrom a can so that was a bummer. They were pretty busy but the employees were still very friendly and positive. Overall I wasimpressed and I definitely would love to come back and try other things on the menu. Read more
All the food was fantastic and the service was super friendly. We were about the only people in there on a Friday afternoon, and... someone put on the restaurant's pig mascot costume and came out to greet us, much to the extreme delight of our two year old. Itwas just charming and our son loved it and it still talking about it. It was so nice of them and again, the food was reallyoutstanding! Read more

This is a really great bbq place! Located 1/2 between Manitowoc and Appleton on Hwy 10, it might be easy to miss since it is... set back a little bit off of the road. My wife is not a big BBQ person but she came here with me to try it out and support alocal business. She was very pleasantly surprised and would most certainly come back again. I got the three meat platter withthe brisket (very moist!), pulled pork, and sausage. I finished my plate before I realized it because everything was thatamazing! I've enjoyed amazing BBQ all over this country and Marko's is a great hidden gem to get that craving fixed. The staffis super polite and accommodating as well. Thank you for a nice experience! Got the sampler platter. A HUGE portion of three meats along with three ribs, a side and some cornbread. Everything was... mouthwateringly tasty. Very friendly folks working here. Met the owner and several others. All made us feel very welcome, eventhough we were just passing thru and not locals. I would definitely stop here again. Read more
Was passing through Brillion and decided to call my order in for curbside pickup. On the way to Fond du Lac, I had a difficult... time keeping my buddy from eating the ribs and beans. The aroma was great. Got home and my wife and I enjoyed the best ribs wehave ever had. I had the beans to myself, and the were delicious. Planning on making another trip in the next three weeks justto go to Marco?s. Will get the ribs and beans for supper but I can?t wait to try the meat loaf sandwich for lunch. The young galthat brought our meals to the van was great. The aroma coming from the building just draws you in. Three weeks may be too longto wait. Read more
