Okay so I was a bit nervous about eating here again not the location, but the company it self. The reason for this is that I... haven't ate from here in about 6 years, that's how long I've been living in Connecticut. On Tuesday I was feeling for some soI was like I'm going to make this drive, while driving there I was like I hope I don't waste my time or my gas for no reason,But let me tell you something that food was exactly how I remember it to taste like and I enjoyed every bit of it. The onlything I wasn't happy about was that they no longer serve loaded baked potatoes and I feel that the price for side items are abit pricey for the the amount they offer. I ordered Boston Market online. When it was delivered, I only received half of my order. I immediately called up to request a... refund, no big deal. We are now going on 2 and a half weeks with no refund. The only solution is for me to drive to another townto pick up my refund in person. It's been a terrible experience. Read more
Story time: I ain?t feel like cooking so I let Boston Market do it for me. I got a family meal for 4 people and everybody in my... family was satisfied fully, now I feel fat and happy after eating Fr. The staff was so friendly and even gave me a free drinkwhile I waited for them to get my order. They were mad chill and patient. I always make it a point to stop in for some great roast chicken. The food is always great, and the staff is friendly. Update:... 8/15/22 The service is still great. The half chicken dinner I ordered was good. The one downfall is the lack of sides available.No stuffing or green beans. They had broccoli, creamed spinach, and the cornbread was way overcooked. All in all it wasn'tterrible. But they've definitely gone a bit down hill. I hate having to put negative reviews out there. But I don't see howbusinesses will get the input needed to improve their shortfalls. Read more

Not even worth a one star. Delivery for first time tonite and it was horrible. Cold, stringy chicken, fake riibs, extremely... small portions, no gravy as requested. When contacted they only offered a free meal next visit. Not acceptable. I want my moneyback for his horrific $50 dinner. I want people to know not to spend their hardearned money on garbage food.
