They where randomly closed again so I ended up going back later .. they always seem to be out of something ... Staff turnover... is crazy.. but the ones they have now are great.. except for the gill guy talking back to a manager ,the kid literally had tohave the last word.. heard it threw the drive thru for the 15 min I was there ,kinda shocked tbh .. then again it's BK in DTbristol Read more

So I know people consider fast food workers irrelevant but please let me tell you about Lexi from the federal Bristol Burger... King ? there were a million people there and a million things going on and she still took the time out to talk to me personallyand make sure everything was ok with my order , I have NEVER IN MY LIFE dealt with such an attentive and respectful employee whohelped me in every single way that she could and it affected me so much that I felt the need to comment about it and because ofher I?m giving this Burger King 5 stars? if it wasn?t for her I would be fed up with this entire franchise but her and her aloneis the reason I felt compelled to share my experience because I?ve never received such amazing customer service and because ofher I will never go to another Burger King franchise besides hers again? thank you Lexi for being so good at what you do thatyou permanently left a mark on me, Burger King is blessed to have you and I hope they don?t ever lose sight of you?re immaculatecustomer service skills because thanks to you I will from now on refuse to deal with any other Burger King besides the one youwork for. Left a packed McDonald's that is .2 mi done the road with over ten cars in their drive thru (I stopped counting)... To pull up... at your window to silence. Dirve by, saw people in there, am parked in your lot writing this review, seeing that my drive bymade your people start paying attention. I recognize it's late, but dont be open if you don't want to pay attention and makemoney where you can. I'm not from this are and will be driving to my destination with me and my dog hungry rather than havepeople who don't care about their jobs make my food. Even tho I heard the girl thru the speaker now I know better than to drivethru again when the people who didn't acknowledge me saw me drive by them. Hope the CEOs sleep poorly tonight. Read more

Just went here on a Friday night at 10:20 get in drive thru for some girl to come out and tell five cars in line that they are... closing at 1100 and can't take are order's are you kidding me when they close at 12 you just lost a good customer if this is thecase you might as well just close for good Read more

Food wasn't great. Ordered off the app and when I went to pick up was informed they did not have any of my order except for the... burgers. They did not even have any cheese I was told but one of the burgers miraculously had extra cheese on it. This burgerking used to be good years ago but like everything in Bristol it's just gone to hell. Customer service was even worse. Theycouldn't cancel the order said I had to do it from the app even though there is no option to on the app. So I asked them toleave the online order alone while I figure out how to cancel it and just ring me up a new order and they couldn't even do that.The final thing, the guy complained I was at their window for 4 minutes so he confirmed my order anyway just to help his clock.I paid for an order I didn't even get. Pulled up to the drive through as exhaust as I was I didn't want to make dinner. My kid wanted Burger King. I guess I came at... the wrong time! The register guy was already rude over the speaker and was rushing me. I asked for 3 Whopper meals and hesounded like he was shocked I ordered 3!!! I asked for Large and he didn't hear me out he rushed me and I wasn't even done withmy order. So I pulled up to the second window and he was like I'm sorry it is only me working tonight. Like how is that myfault?! Then he asked if I was the one who placed the bug order? I said yes, like I'm sorry was I not supposed to order a bugorder??? I felt horrible for ordering and I felt bad he was there alone which shouldn't be my fault. I didn't even order therest of what I wanted. It is the only burger King left in Bristol CT since the other one shut down... I won't be surprised thusone shuts down too. The people are rude. I didn't even get the size I asked for I got everything small! Never again!!! Read more
