Received sub-par onion rings and was told that they were perfect. The batter was crumbly and falling off. Returned them and... asked for a small French fry order. Money was returned, but purchase of other item was flat out denied, as they refused anyfurther service. Glad we drove 20+ miles to be treated poorly. Read more

Tried their buttered lobster roll. (1st time) Delicious!! Considering the prices everywhere that have increased it's worth the... $20. Also tried their Strawberry Lemonade..delicious! I've grown up with Buster's hotdogs and today's visit was great! Read more
Hot dogs were great. Burger was totally messed up. When I took it back for the toppings I had asked for, the snotty girl... commented ?oh everything? maybe I should put on some mozzarella sticks too?. Maybe if they had gotten the order right on thefirst place, there wouldn?t have been a problem. I still have the receipt. It said everything I had ordered. It?s the attitude Ididn?t like. Wanted a "Michigan"hotdog which they are known for and at 5pm the sauce was not ready. Coffee milkshake turn out to be vanilla... and the fries were ice cold. The place is run very badly. When you stand in line for a 1/2 hour and there is only 6 people aheadof you , you know your in trouble. Honestly the place is the worst , the women there have no idea on how to run it. Read more
The food is not too bad but the workers are rude and can?t take an order. Ordered a sandwich and not one but 2 incorrect orders.... When I called to tell them the nave on the phone rudely told me he wasn?t remaking the sandwich again even though I was callingjust to inform them it was wrong AGAIN. Very good dogs and milkshakes. Ordered a few dogs (Connie's, Steakhouse and Michigan) with Curly fries and Onion rings. All of... them had good taste and were cooked perfectly. We had four (4) shakes to chug it all down from Blueberry, Strawberry, Pistachoto Toasted Almond + Coconut flavors. Nothing was left behind.
