Literally the worst dunkin in the state, just stopped in for 2 small regular coffees, waited 20 minutes in line, only to get... coffee without cream or sugar (even though the cup said it). This is not the first time. Every time I go it's a long wait andbad service so I take responsibility for being stupid enough to actually go. Please shut this store down, it's hopeless. I'd sayfire everyone and start over but you'd be better off knocking it down and rebuild. Lost cause. Read more
Just purchased a tea and a donut from this location. The drive thru woman was getting trained and her ?trainer? made some rude... remarks to her on how she was doing things. I made a light hearted joke to lighten the situation to make the trainee not feelbad. The Trainer gave me a dirty look with her arms crossed. I?ll never go back to this location after seeing how that poortrainee was treated by their trainer. Ontop of that they made me a coffee not a tea. Even though the label says Tea. Read more
The staff is very friendly the only thing I miss about Dunkin Donuts each donut place does not make their own Donuts like they... used to do they should go back to doing that the donuts were more fresh Read more
Store is ALWAYS short staff.. the Manger is overworked and underappreciated.. the owner Bill micromanages all his stores not... allowing his managers to do their own hiring and/or promoting while he only hires employees able to work 2hrs or call outregularly...Store could be so much better if Bill allowed his managers to actually manage the stores they run Read more
Food is good, the coffee is good, and the price is fair. Staff are able to move the line relatively quickly; however, the drive... thru set up can be annoying here, and people will try to cut you off from another parking lot instead of going to the back. Read more
It is hit and miss. The drive through is horrible. The staff is usually nice. I don't mind the wait if my order is done right... but half the time my iced Macchiato looks like a iced milk. Just frustrating to pay $6.50 for a coffee that taste bad. I'drather drive across town and wait in line at Aroma Joe's since they are more consistent. Read more
I don't go to Dunkin often, but when I do, I prefer this one. Employees are quick and kind. My drink and food are made correctly... the majority of the time. There can be a wait, especially on a busy weekday morning, but it goes by pretty quickly. Read more
Messed up my order three times and took so long to make it that someone behind us drove off yelling that it was taking too long.... They still didn't get the order right so I just threw out a $5 drink because I got tired of asking them to make it right. Read more
