I find it funny that this branch is mostly run by teenagers and has consistently been the BEST Dunkin I have ever been to.... Consistent food and coffee every single morning before work and I appreciate that so much, I drive a little out of my way tocome here. Give them all a raise Read more

Dunkin in general is my favorite coffee/tea/breakfast shop. All their prices may be a little higher than say Cumberland farms,... they always get my order correct. I also love iced tea in the summer and I've never gotten a cup that was cloudy or had thingsfloating in it. Their food is always consistently of good quality and I love trying many of their new things. My currentfavorite store is the one on Pine Street because it is open 24 hours, and the service and products are always high quality. Ialso really love the small drive-thru store on Burlington Avenue. They are the nicest people and absolutely adore my dogs. Theyhave dog biscuits. Read more

Placed my order drove all the way home to realize that it was the wrong order. Went back and explained that they had given me... the wrong order and they argued with me. Got the manager and the manager swore at me telling me never to show back up here againall I wanted was my correct order. They are extremely rude and I was totally afraid to eat my food for fear that they might havedone something to it. Read more

I ordered a small frozen matcha latte and it tasted fine, however it wasn't as frozen as I would have liked it to be. It was... more liquidy. Also, one time I came here and ordered an iced cappuccino, and there was so much ice in it. Literally four sipsand there was no more. Please do better! Read more

Two weeks ago I went to get a coffee at this location. While driving I looked down and noticed my shirt was stained and my cup... holder in the car was filled. I called the store to inform them that the cup had a hole and what happened to my car and shirt.Also, I?m grateful the coffee wasn?t very hot given I was driving with my baby. I was told the manager had left for the day andwould get back to me the next day. I called the next day since I didn?t hear back; and they told me the manager wouldn?t be backuntil Monday; since it was a long weekend. I was given an email address to write the general manager as well. The generalmanager I spoke to who was allegedly filling in asked me what I was looking for and I told them what happened to my car andshirt. I?ve called several times and emailed to date and still haven?t gotten a response. The manger who did call back said shecouldn?t do anything and I?d have to go above her to the general manger. I?ve also reached out to corporate to see if they cansupport and they informed me the owner doesn?t want to pursue. All dunkins are their own entities so they wouldn?t be able tosupport. I will still attempt to get the general manager or owner to discuss what happened. At this point this establishment ispoorly run and doesn?t follow-up on customer related issues. I?m hoping to get this resolved, but given how poorly managed thishas been handled I?m doubtful but will not give up. Read more
