I was totally disappointed with my order. Ordered a turkey dinner, no gravey and the turkey slices were minimal at best. Dinner... completely cold. Both soups were cold. Super grilled cheese was cold, not crispy at all. French fries containers were not evenfull and cold. Hamburger, it was alright just a burger. The upside was the food was delivered faster than said. We ate here after a trip to Lake Compounce to enjoy time with relatives. We had four children total between us. Our relatives... suggested dinner at Friendly's as they have had great experiences dining at the brand in general. I loved the Honey BBQ burgerand the child that ordered the taco pocket was especially happy. The place lived up to its name. Will definitely stop here againnext time we're in the area. Read more
Had the most wonderful experience today at Bristol Friendly?s. While participating in a community outing we stopped in for... lunch. We were met with kindness, engagement, and amazing customer service by Penney. She took the time to meet and greet everyindividual out with us and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Horrible food, I ordered a quesadilla and the side of lettuce was all brown and disgusting. What can of people is working here... that put in the plate old brown lettuce, I complained with the waitress but they didn?t apply any discount, my husband food wasdisgusting too!! I ordered my daughter's dinner curbside delivery to be quick, I waited 20 mins and went inside to nobody knowing anything. I... finally get my good and its wrong! I return it to see them making ice cream with extremely dirty appliances and dirty glovesjust thrown on the counters!! Not even close to sanitary! I requested a refill after seeing how my food was being prepared andI'm still waiting for it! I'm gonna call corporate. Read more
I usually don't leave reviews but I was blown away by my experience here! All of the waiters and waitresses were committed to... great service and were all very friendly! Always my go-to for Ice cream! They're always friendly and quick. Never had a single issue here, I don't even live here anymore,... and I will drive past the one that's 2 mins away from me, and go 25 mins out of my way to come here! Read more
