Ordered multiple times, each time there was always something wrong. Food lately has been cold and burnt. Seems like my last... order was re-heated old food that got burnt and yet was delivered cold and nothing tasted good! Very disappointed Read more
After ordering a salad with No dressing. It comes drenched in dressing. I called to ask for a new one or refund. The guy... esentially called my husband a liar and said "he never said no dressing". When I know he did. That was their reason for notbringing us a new one ???? . Even IF I wanted dressing, this salad was almost soup, all dressing, very little lettuce! THEN Isaid ok just give me a refund then. He said no because he would have to refund the whole order, even though the salad was aseparate transaction and it shows 2 charges on our bank app. His response was " that's a bank problem not mine". Only offered acredit for a free one next time we order... well the whole order sucked. Pizza was mediocre, tenders were chewy and dry andfries were barely cooked. Will NOT be back. Plenty of other GOOD places to order pizza where they value the customers! Read more
Forgot to mention.... for what ever reason, the Burlington location pizza is not as good. Is it the same owner/s ? I don't... know and never asked. If it is , then the quality, flavor, texture, ect should be identical. Read more
First I?d like to say that the bad reviews from this restaurant I think are untrue. My wife and I ordered 2 dinners from... hometown this evening. Both of them were very well prepared. For delivery they arrived on time and even a bit early. The foodwas outstanding. I?ve had food at other hometown restaurants locally and the food has always been spot on. I don?t know anyonewho works or even owns any of these establishments but I will say if you want good take out for a fair price give them a chance.You won?t regret it. The following photos are chicken Frances?s and cheese tortellini carbonate. The side salad was properlymade even as small as it needs to be and the pasta fagiolli soup was also very tasty. Read more
Pizza is always great every time! We always pair it with their salad and mozzarella sticks. For whatever reason their mozzarella... sticks are out of this world. My boys love them! Staff is always friendly! Highly recommend! Read more
The pizza was inedible. I tried to call, twice, to let them know that the pizza was in complete disarray, and no one... answered.It was a cold, sloppy mess, literally. There were 5 randomly shaped pizza slices, and some slices didn't have acrust. P.s. this was supposed to be half bacon, half cheese ??????? You live and you learn. I have learned not to order pizzafrom hometown again. Hope this helps anyone thinking of ordering pizza there. Read more
