After waiting 45 mins, i finally receive my Philly cheesesteak and i asked if the one she gave me was no onions or peppers. The... girl at the counter says ?that?s what the ticket says so it should be? i asked if we could double check with the woman who madethe sub, bc my son is a picky eater and will not eat peppers and onions. She asks the grill woman who says ?yup? and guesswhat?? I get home and the sub has peppers and onions. I love Jersey Mike?s subs more than any other sandwich place? but not this location. I have had more issues here than not and I... order quite a bit from here because it?s convenient. However what?s not convenient is having to go back and wait for a newsandwich every time it is messed up/forgetting something that was supposed to come with the sandwich (or paying for extra meatand getting even less than the normal amount!) The soggy bread issue is the worst. Half the time it is completely fine and halfthe time the bread is so soggy that I can?t even eat it, it disintegrates when you touch it and is awful tasting. It?s like thebread was dipped in water first (The only sauce I ever order on any sandwich is mayo and that?s from every restaurant everordered for a sandwich and I?ve NEVER had soggy bread anywhere else). I usually visit Jersey Mike's to get their grinders. Always tons of meat and basically the same every time. Today however I... had to call in my order because I was in a hurry on the way home from work. It was more convenient for me to order and have itready when I arrived then to go inside and wait for it to be prepared. BIG MISTAKE!!! Both my grinders have like half themeat they usually do on them. They are so skimpy and I feel completely ripped off spending 22$ on these 2 regular sizedgrinders. Very disappointed! This was my first experience here. I?m completely displeased with the lack of cleanliness and customer service. I should never... have to ask employees to change their gloves when starting a new order . That should just be protocol. Went here three times. All three times I ordered a 43, and a veggie. The first time I ordered online and received something with... jalapeños and no sauce, and a veggie that was absolutely soggy. The second time I figured if I went in it would be better, butno. My 43 had hot sauce mixed in, and the kid on register handled my sandwich with money hands. Third time?s a charm right? So the first time I ordered was a take out and they I ordered for my family and myself, I had asked for a steak grinder with... veggies but I guess they didn't hear and they gave me a veggie grinder. It was the first time we all went to them. The secondtime we decided to dine in and try again, they had forgotten to do our order right. Being a former manager of a Jersey Mike?s I was severely disappointed. I walk in the shift leader or assistant dropped what she... was doing for a milk shake from her boyfriend. Was one of two people in line and online orders seemed more important ( twoonline orders). Waited 10 min before being asked what I wanted, seemed more into drama between coworkers.When I asked for aCalifornia club I was told wasn?t sold here..ok no problem . Wanted to try this place . went in and there doing pre calls a lot of them and the walk in people might as well have not been... there one person in front of me who was sitting and waiting. my order was taken after waiting for a break in production andplaced in with all the other call-in orders about 15 of them and I watched my $16 dollar Sandwich move slowly in productiondown the counter which they use ,no cutting boards to be seen ,a counter with the slicer mounted on it and point of sales systemalso with the wirers running in back of the food production area.
