I get it?s McDonald?s and sometimes you get excellent service and other times you may not. But my experience last night really... rubbed me the wrong way. After ordering my food there was a lady with red hair, presume a manager maybe based on her demeanorwas calling out my order number, except the number was wrong. Being condinscending she was like ok so no wants their McDoubles?I?m like that?s my order. She looks at me all disgusted and gives me my food. I was like I?m sorry I ordered a soda with thisand it looked like I totally inconvenienced her and she just slaps the cup down on the counter. She just seemed miserable andhated her job. That?s fine but don?t let it affect how you treat people. Who knows how this woman treats her coworkers or othercustomers. If you aren?t happy at a job then find a new one. I don?t think I?ll ever go back to this McDonald?s again. Read more
A bit slow, but generally clean inside.
I can't wait for the opportunity to give negative stars......because this McDonald's at 646 Farmington Ave Ct wouldn't even... qualify for negative stars!!!!!!!!! I ordered online and got an error message saying I should see an associate inside. I wentinside the store and was there for almost 10mins with ABSOLUTELY NOOOOOOOOOO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!!!!! I counted at least 5 employees(in their uniforms). One girl came to the register and was there for over 2 mins then she went to the lobby drink station andthen back around the counter. She along with the others repeatedly looked at myself and the other customers who had entered thestore minutes after I did. ALL the employees I saw were preparing online and drive through orders which makes me wonder if lobbyorders are not a part of the business. Why were the doors open then? One customer disclosed that the store downtown Bristol iseven worse and that's why she was at this store. I left the store because no kind words were gonna come outta ma mouth at thispoint. This location needs to be closed and these people go find some jobs where they only clean toilets so they don't have todeal with the public. SHAME ON MCDONALD'S!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more
This macdonald's is terrible. Food is always cold and the workers don't care. They always get your order wrong and the prices... are insane. I bought dinner for my family and yes it's large but $83 for cold food is unreasonable. Read more
Recently I haven?t been liking McDonald?s, this location changed that. While the staff was rude and didn?t seem like they wanted... any customers, the food was amazing. Better than I?ve had McDonald?s in a while. All fresh, in and out. Read more
The young man at the drive thru was being spoken to, by another young man, in an unprofessional, demeaning way -while I was... being completely ignored. I felt bad for him and the other one was so cocky. It was so Unprofessional. I waited for him tofinish acting important, with his back to me, never once acknowledging that a customer was at the open window, only to pay forthe order! I really hope someone that can do something is reading this. The hamburger was disgusting and had something hard init. My grandson spit it out!! Read more
Where is the option for 0 stars google. I ordered a double quater pounder with cheese (meal) when she asked if I wanted a meal... I said yes. I never received fries and everything was completely drenched in grease. My bun looked like a wet sponge, it wasabsolutely disgusting. The container had a pool of grease in it and the bag was soaked in grease. Did they drop it in the fryerbefore they served it to me? Are the employees serving food with a blindfold on? This is unacceptable and complete laziness. Asfar as the burger it was still edible but not enjoyable. Read more
That whole kiosk deal is ridiculous they need to hire more ppl. Oh and the prices now adays are insane back in the day you get a... four piece for a dollar something now it's $3.99 for fake meat nuggets. I love them but no bueno Read more
