I ordered mine and my daughter's food on the McDonald's app after I ordered it said the price would be 21.73 when my daughter... picked up our food the price was higher. The employee at the restaurant said sometimes the app doesn't show the actual prices ofthe food they really need to fix that it was a very bad experience and I will not be using the app anymore. Never coming again. Get the same coffee every morning, service is usually slow even during low volume. Today (11/11/22) staff... refused to take my order because a manager left. Prices going up is fine if service is good, but no way am I paying more forterrible service. Read more
This McDonald's sucks .. they always get something wrong and they forgot the sauce for the nuggets ALL THE TIME.. when I asked... for some after checking my bag like the cashier asked me to,the MANAGER!! said I had to pay , questioned me as if I waslying.then proceeded to interrogate one of his male employees.. dude it's just sauce,I wasn't asking for more n I would pay 85¢but you never gave any in the first place . I live down the street and I haven't been here in aleast a year because of how bad my last few experiences have been. I was in... and out of drivethru really fast and there was no mistake. order was right but the food was not hot and fresh.(correct,fast,fresh) 2 out of 3 isn't bad these days. maybe I will try again in a few months. Not going to lie this McDonald's is a last resort. I would rather drive on Farmington Ave and waste 10 minutes to get my food... correct then come here and wait for them to fix a order that was super simple. I still remember my wife order a mcchickenjustadd cheese and bacon. We got the sandwich but no meat like that is the whole sandwich missing the cheese and bacon is humanerror which is forgiveable but not the chicken. Even on a slow day they can still mess up your order. Advice if your desperateand don't want to drive far you have a 50/50 your order will be correct. Read more
These people are very disrespectful they don?t do their job they serve cold food I hate going to this McDonald?s the only... reason why I go is for my son he is a picture of these old nuggets that they served this is disgusting and should not allowed. Ihave complained to the gm and nothing has been done. I spend a lot of money there because my son only eats the chicken nuggethappy meal because he is autistic and when he won?t eat the happy meal because the food is old and being served is wrong if Idon?t hear back I will be calling the right people to handle this situation This is very unacceptable. Truly hate this location. Beware if you use the mobile app. Once I got to the restaurant I'm told the holiday pies are not... available to complete my order and the espresso for my coffee isn't available. The fool at the window was too busy on his cellphone to answer my questions about how I get refunded...all he could say is "yeah I don't know nuttin bout dat"... thencontinued on his cell phone and walked away. Guess he doesnt like my kind. I get home and notice the time stamp on the pies andthey are already an hour past the shelf life. Smh... the price I was charged at the store is different than what the app shows.Reached out to McDonald's and that customer service rep is just as useless. Yet they want $15/hr. Get outta here.
