I ordered a stack and I never got it, they said it was in the bag but it was just stale chips :/

Employees didn't seem too happy to be at work. Everyone was glum, muted, expressionless. My smiles were returned with... indifference. Half the ingredient containers were already put away and they were out of several (7pm) One employee was jokingwith a customer and swearing well within earshot of my kids which is a pet peeve of mine. I was told I couldn't sit in thebooth I wanted to because they wanted to have it ready for closing I asked for a side of cheese about 5 times and all 5 wereacknowledged, yet no cheese was provided till I asked them again at the register. They specifically asked if I wanted a receiptand I said yes, but was not provided with one. Food tasted decent as usual, but I much prefer the West Hartford location.Portions also seemed slightly smaller than usual. I never got her name but she made a fire bowl for me at like 8:30PM after chatting up a bit. Super yums and also I come here a... lot anyways and love it everytime. Team members are nice and chill and do a really great job. This one of the good ones for sure???? Read more
Portions are getting smaller and attitudes are getting worst. Terrible experience. Ordered a salad and when I got the order home there was no lettuce, really. Called to speak with the... manager and asked for a refund, they told me it would be processed in 3-4 days, been a week and I still do not have the refund. Read more
This location is fairly clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is always good. We tried the Southing location tonight since... we were in the area, needless to say our expectations were not met there! Bristol is the best of the best! Read more
