Bought a pick 2 a chicken sandwich and a soup with bread.the chicken sandwich was small and the soup was very small like a... toddler sized soup with a ripped piece of French bread for 24$ with a lemonade drink that was almost 5$$$ WAY TOO PRICEY!! I've been coming to this Panera for close to 15 years. Sad to say it's gone way downhill. There was hardly any customers, and a... lot of workers, but I still had to wait 10 minutes to get waited on. They were out of mutliple items. I then waited almost 20minutes for my order to be made. Not sure if they chose to just take online orders ahead of mine but this was crazy; I almostleft. If that's not enough, almost all the tables were covered in food crumbs and trash. Nasty. Disappointing. After no apologyfor the wait, the worker who handed me my soup asked me if I needed utensils for my food; ilI looked at her bewildered and said,"um, it's soup.. I think I'll need a spoon for that..." For the price you pay there shouldn?t be missing food items during weekend hours or rude scattered vibes coming from employees .... We are human and we all have rough days, but turn that off when you are servicing customers. Panera in general became lastresort after they took away the Italian combo which was the one AMAZING thing they had going for them. So all together I waited a half hour for my grilled cheese and tomato soup. Not to mention when I was at the register telling... the male Panera bread employee what I wanted as I proceed to say I want a pick 2 grilled cheese and tomato soup. He charged mefor a sandwich meal. No drink. And a tomato soup meal no drink my tomato soup and grilled cheese came out to 18$ where on earthdo you go and pay 18$ for soup and a sandwich at a fast food restaurant then better yet wait a half hour for it Read more
Very good food. Fast service. But i miss the squash soup. Hate that it is only seasonal like so many other favorites. A... little pricey as it was almost $40 for 2 people with 2 Pick 2s, 1 drink and a cinnamon braid. It is a great healthy meal, youcan choose how they make it as it is made to order and it is fast. Arrived here around 1pm om a Thur. Slow service. No self service kiosk either which slows the line even more. Coffee as expected
Forget the completely inexperienced and slow cashier. Forget that feeding BREAKFAST to two adults, and two kids now costs sixty... dollars. When you order a sandwich on a bagel, and the are two of that bagel left, but the kitchen tells you they're out, TENMINUTES LATER? AGAIN?? GIVE ME A FLIPPING BREAK! NO REFUND, BARELY AN "I'M SORRY" they just said, "sorry we're out, what otherkind of bread do you want it on?" AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT!!??!! F-YOU PANERA! Before you say I'm over reacting?
