It was good. Nothing really stood out. I got a chili dog meal. The hotdog didn't have much to it... no snap, seemed undercooked,... chili and cheese reminded me of the free stuff you get at a convenience store. Not horrible, just "okay". The fries were theflavor winner.. though they were cut really small. My guest hardly are any but I liked them. She got a hamburger and let me tryit. I was jealous I got stuck with the plain dog. I think I'd certainly try this spot again, though maybe next time I'll go fora burger. Problem is that there are burgers everywhere, so it'd be hard to visit just for that. Sonic?s app is so iffy. But I visited here last night and the girls were so helpful, especially the one who I think had red... hair. They were polite. They helped me sort out my app issue and me and my kids left happy. They didn?t just give us thatattitude that lots of places do, like ?I don?t know. You deal with it. Good luck? This is what true customer service is about,which you rarely see these days. They also had ice cream, which is more than I can say for the sonic I went to two weeks ago.And I didn?t have to wait in line forever, which is more than I can say for the sonic I went to last week. Took half hour to get drinks and shake Fresh banana milkshake is vanilla shake with pieces of banana that are too big to get... through the straw. Not happy. Added the photo of the supposed banana that was part of the shake. There were 3 chunks of bananaat the end. Read more
This location is our favorite in conneticut, we usually go through the drive through which they are fast at getting your order... ready and getting other customers served quickly. My wife and my self have been going to different sonics for over 20 years andthis one seems to prepare orders better then most. Read more
I ordered before easy app, but picking up, what a mess. Forget using app when you arrive, just go through drive thru and give... them your name. As for the food, looks delicious on commercial, but after eating it, nothing special. I'm sure the shakes, andice cream is good, but I got burgers, and tater tots. The tots were delicious. Also signing up on app, gave me a free burger,and half price on the other, that was cool. I personally would go to Wendy's next time. Read more
Grilled cheese double burger was not that good we ordered two and mine was moist and the burger had no taste at all, onions and... mustard is what is supposed to be on it but I got ketchup for some reason they didn't make it right. My son's burger was softbread so it was gooey and the burgers didn't taste right def not as good as most other fast food burgers. The tater tots weregood but not enough cheese sauce over top maybe 4 had enough cheese over them the drinks are the best part of sonic and the mosssticks although you can tell they were frozen not as tasty as I'd like them to be. A little more expensive than we would likeonly because the food wasn't cooked the way we would like but to each their own. Read more
Pretty convenient place to grab a bite while in a hurry; is fast and tasty. The foot long chili hot dog is really good. Tater... tots are always good. And the service is quick. I can recommend it. Read more
I want to love it but man. I would say 95% of the time I go, my order is entirely wrong. I don?t understand the inaccuracy. It?s... not just 1 employee, I stop here maybe 2x a month and it?s always something. I came here yesterday and got a lemonade andmozzarella sticks and it was actually fantastic and accurate. Ordered the same thing today as I was still craving it, and Iasked for an extra marinara because 1 wasn?t enough for 6 mozzarella sticks yesterday. Drive to school, open my bag and stick mystraw in. My lemonade was straight up, fizzy Sprite. My extra marinara? They gave me 2 ranch dressings. Is the loudspeaker toolow when we order? I just don?t get it. This wasn?t a complex or modified, custom order. A real disappointment. Read more
