We traveled from Lake Co, Illinois to explore Northern Indiana?s fall colors, country roads, Amish Communities and wine trail.... Fruit Hills Winery & Orchards was our 5th stop along the journey. The air was crisp however the owners of this charmingestablishment were warm and inviting. We enjoyed good conversation & sampled a variety of nice wines. Ultimately leaving with afew bottles before heading to our next destination. This is definitely a place we will be returning to on our next visit toIndiana. After all we didn?t have an opportunity to visit ALL 27 wineries in Northern Indiana on this trip. Thank you againfor a very enjoyable visit, we arrived as strangers & left as friends. Read more

Very nice surroundings, great service, a nice selection of wines from VERY sweet to dry. I really enjoyed the Malbec, very... smoky oak flavor. If sweet is your thing all of the fruit wines are really good. My wife and I totally enjoyed the blackberry! Read more

Not only is this place wonderful if you are in the area, it also now is a place I will travel out of the way for. Stopped in due... to driving through and it was a fantastic decision. The tasting room is cozy and feels like you are in a friend's home. Thestaff were inviting, friendly, funny, and warm. The wine selection was incredible. Anything from sweet to nuanced, this tastingroom has wines for everyone. Also, there is a nice deck with ample seating and a great view of the winery and hills. This is amust for wine lovers and for the newbies too! They also had wine slushies that were out of this world. Don't miss them! Read more
This winery is truly a gem. I've done a tasting here twice (just a $5 fee annually), and have really loved all the wines I've... tasted. I always have to buy a bottle or two to take home! The best part about Fruit Hills Winery & Orchard is the personalattention you receive from the staff! They are so kind, and they graciously answered all of my questions about the wines. Theyalso recently built a huge deck and do summer "Music on the Deck" events. I can't wait to come back! Read more
