Perfect breakfast spot. Eggs are fresh from a local farm as is the sausage - both are wonderful. You may have to wait a little... bit for a table during the summer season, but your patience will be rewarded. Read more

I don't generally give 5 stars to restaurants that are not high-end; but this diner must be an exception. For a tiny place, it's... amazing. The service was fast, the food delicious, the coffee worth taking some beans home...It's a place to go again. Theirswimming-hole hash was a great breakfast, I suspect meat-lovers version of it, would be even better. It's one a few places I'vefound that really understands how to make homefries! Read more

This tiny place is worth looking for. The strawberry rhubarb pancakes were truly memorable, and there were so many fresh muffin... options to choose from we're sure to return for more. Jacenta's service was perfect and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Read more

We drove by Deb?s Bristol Diner and noted groups of people milling about outside. A short time later we drove by again and the... wait seemed to subside so we stopped for breakfast. Thanks to the locals at counter, they made room for us at the counter. Allof the tables inside were taken, we were fortunate to get the remaining two counter seats. On Sunday, the day of our visit, they only serve breakfast until 1 p.m. They had three specials and a full menu. This was a tough decision, sitting at thecounter we got to see many dishes coming out of the kitchen. The homemade raisin French toast looked delicious, as did the homefries and hollandaise covered eggs being served. It is hard to pass up a homemade Maine blueberry muffin, so we shared agrilled one as a breakfast appetizer. The anticipation was mouth watering as it sat in the window with butter on the side, justwaiting to be served. The inside had a creamy flavored texture and my first thought was it was not baked thoroughly, but I waswrong, somehow Deb?s has managed to make an airy, creamy and delicious muffin. I ordered the homemade hash, farm fresh eggsover easy, bacon and a homemade biscuit. The hash had peppers, onions, carrots, hash browns and lots of corned beef. It waspretty good, but I like it with potatoes. The eggs were perfect and the bacon was crispy, just how I like it. The biscuit wasoutstanding, I asked for the recipe, but was told no. The recipe was said to be ranked #6 in a Paula Dean biscuit contest. Ourwaitress was very attentive with water and coffee refills and conversation. If you find yourself in Bristol, this is definitelya worthwhile stop for breakfast?and I imagine any other meal as well! Well done Deb?s & staff! Read more

This Diner is a must visit. Everything is top notch. The scratch made muffins and breads are everything they should be. The... daily specials do sell out, so don?t go too late. On our second visit, the special was a smoked salmon avocado toast. Everythingabout the plate was top notch and put this plate in the top 3 of the best things I have ever eaten. Read more
