I live locally and normally the services pretty good and the food was decent but not anymore the staff was rude practically... rolling their eyes every time you had something to your order and then when the water was wrong I had asked one kid that's juststanding there doing much to get the other donut they forgot and when he came back he practically threw it at me I'm glad itwasn't 10 years ago things would have ended different I think but anyways it's a terrible spot they don't even carry a full lineof all the stuff at Duncan's only have like jelly munchkins can't have those there onion bagels nope not that either they justdon't have them on the menu and won't forget that place I'll drive to New Hampton or Plymouth Duncan's Read more

Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe this crew working today. Nancy is the only one who did her job. Bacon was raw on our... sandwich...even after requesting well done. Took 10 minutes to get our iced coffee. Gentleman after us was treated rudely forasking for a heated apple fritter....which of course they didn't heat up...no manager (sherry) on duty with all the staffobviously not knowing how to do their job. One star because none isn't an option. The sheer incompetence of this staff overwhelms me on a regular basis. My wife and I, who... live in Bristol, drive to the New Hampton Dunkins, requiring we drive past the Bristol location to get there. My wife ordersgreen tea, she gets some odd peach concoction that she didn't ask for. We say 8 splenda, they give 1. Every sandwich isincorrect and if its not, theres a hair on it, as happened today when she stopped quickly there because she was getting on thehighway and didnt want to have to go out of the way. I came on here for the phone number to once again call and complain, butthen I remembered the last few times we tried that. They did nothing. Empty apologies. Promises that it wont be happening againand then it happens again and again. Rude employees saying its not THEIR fault! And then I saw the rating. 4 stars. 4 STARS!?Are you all sure you are reviewing the right location. Everyone I know agrees this Dunkins is leagues below any other in thestate so I question the validity of these reviews. Maybe they are pressuring customers to give them good reviews with donutbribes or some ridiculousness, but it is my hope that any who seek guidance to a Dunks of worth heed my warning, and trust thatmy words carry fact and truth, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR COFFEE, TEA OR FOOD AND THEIR ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS RETRAINING ORREPLACING. Unfortunately they were out of tea at the moment when I went through for ice tea BUT that caused me to try something different... and I explained to the woman that I really don't like green tea and she said that she could make the drink with more flavor tomask the green tea flavor of the drink. And surprisingly the drink was very delicious! I appreciated her being patient with mewhen I thought about what I wanted to get and the great job that she did with the drink. Read more

Some Dunks are better than others. This one gave what tasted like coffee when I ordered peppermint mocha. And scant cream cheese... on my bagel was a joke. 3 stars are for the server who was friendly :) Read more

I live in Bristol and come through the drive through almost everyday, and my orders have consistently made wrong and/or items... weren?t given to me. This morning after going through the drive through and realizing once we were home that the order waswrong, we went back and the manager yelled at us as if we were at fault because ?we should have come back sooner because therewas a shift change and our order wasn?t his fault?. A large majority of the workers there are very polite and kind, but this wasabsolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Read more
