The worst experience with costumer service. I waited in line to order my food while the worker looked at me, and asked can... she help me from across the room. I told her I wanted to place order, and of course she was too far to hear me so she asked meagain I I told her that's why I didn't want to yell across. So she ended up telling me I have to order thu the kiosk machine I told her I wasnt familiar with it if she could help me.. she walked away and told me I have to wait. Not even was politeabout it. Not sure what hours this manager works, but on the weekends late night, The manager who handles the drive thru always comes... thru, fast, polite and never says the ice cream machine is down!! Props to him, he deserves to be taken care of Read more
This is a great McDonalds, my order is almost always correct and the employees are polite/helpful.

This place is amazing. I would totally go here, the manager over there with the white shirt, and white hair is really really... nice and helpful. I witnessed him helping his workers if they are doing something wrong, he is nice to everyone, always smilesand is happy to take your order. He counts your change and brings it over to you and says enjoy. Very good, clean service. He isthere every day working hard and I even gave a tip in the jar. Please visit and if someone higher level than the manager seesthis, give him a raise and a promotion. Because of him I love going here every time, this place is my favorite and especiallythis place. I can't speak for the drive-thru, but it took over 20 minutes to get our very simple order even though we were the only people... inside and the drive-thru had no more than one car every few minutes. Very strange. Read more
