Here's the thing, I'm a regular at this restaurant. I find myself coming back for the burgers and especially the BBQ sauce is my... favorite. Well my fiance went in today to pick up my order and the employees informed him that they can no longer give me extrabbq sauce and I even offered to pay but they said that management said "too many people were taking advantage of extra sauce"which is ridiculous. You're a restaurant. If someone wants to pay to get extra sauce they should be able to. Management shouldrealize this is going to drive away customers. It's not the fact I can't get bbq sauce, it's the principle of the matter. Youshould refuse a customer like that. I think I'll get my burgers elsewhere. The food is amazing but Managements comments areputting me off. They are criticizing their own customers. Read more

The Borough Pub is a fixture in Bristol Borough. Hence the name of course. Anyway, the pub has excellent service and very good... food. I can only speak for sandwiches and sides, as I don't drink, nor have I ordered a complete dinner. That said, if you'relooking for a friendly place with great service and a good selection of foods, you can't go wrong with a visit to The BoroughPub. Read more
Convenient to meet up with friends, good food, decent drink selection. We sat outside which was nice. Parking can be tough,... tight spaces (had to exit my passenger side because people parked on the line), or street parking during busy times. The vibe and atmosphere walking in was nice. Ordered 3 drinks 2 of them were perfect the 3rd not so great and the server was... informed right away that the drink was not good at all. They took the drink and brought out a different drink which was perfect.When the check comes the drink is still in there and when asked why it was said because it?s there preference to not take thedrink off.
