The guy at the window was really not paying attention to what he was doing. He gave me a soda with no straw. Then gave me the... traw after. Then the bag with my food. Then he almost forgot to give me back my bank card. And he didn't give me a receipt. Thenhe closed the window and I drove off because I thought I was done..nope he forgot my Frosty! I was working and couldn't returnright away so I came back about a half hour later and told them. Had to wait awhile but they gave me my frosty/milkshake. Read more
I seriously wish there was an option for NO stars. I decided to do a mobile order at this location. I get to the Drive thru... around 1:50pm to pick up my order the semi blonde hair young lady tells me that my order is $10.68. I said nothing but shake myhead. Her co-worker told her that I was waiting for the mobile order. After waiting a few minutes then she passes over somebags, then eventually give me my drinks. I asked her what is this? She says that they don't have Orange cream soda. I asked herat what point would you have told me this? She just looks at me. I then asked her about the medium sized drink of whateverflavor she chose to give me and she proceeds to say We don't have Orange cream soda. I said so you're telling me you don't havea Minute Maid Peach lemonade. Then she says yes we do. I then said that is what this size ( the medium drink) is supposed tobe. This young lady had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. I honestly don't understand what is going on at this location but itis not the first time I had to deal with a nasty attitude employee. And last time I left the drive thru because I don't trustanyone with an nasty attitude to handle ANY food for me and my family. Read more
For some reason this location had no soda and apparently no vanilla frosty. I was told this only after ordering. They ran out of... small cup lids so they placed the small cup in a medium and put a lid on that ..... The food was of the same quality you wouldexpect, the staff seemed new but friendly. The drive though time wasn't bad either. Other than the staff training , and out ofstock issues not overall bad experience but not good either. Read more
Fries were cold, the only drinks available were lemonade and frosty and the bacon burgers clearly had a strip of bacon broken... in half to qualify as a "bacon" burger. Service was good, just never had food this bad here before. 2 meals, a total waste of25.00. Hoping this was an "off" day for this restaurant. Read more
Wendy's is a very good fast food place. The greatest thing about them is that you dont have to worry that you're order will be... missing food when you arrive at home. If you have a large family this meal can get quite expensive but its well worth it Read more
One of the few fast food places I go to! Love their fries, and something about their burgers is just BETTER than other fast food... places. The real selling point for me is the frosty!! Hands down my favorite frozen treat from a fast food restaurant :) *Chiliis a close send for fav food. Read more
If you haven't been here in a minute I would stop and check the menu I'm of the opinion that they have definitely stepped up... their game I probably hadn't eaten here in a few years and have found myself returning like twice a week. They have a burgerwith a bacon jam on it, they have fried pickle chips on some sandwiches their french fries are on point! They have beenunbelievably fresh and crispy it's a new effort that they're making that everyone has perfectly cooked delicious fries and it'scertainly has contributed to my frequent stops. Also their chicken sandwiches or a nice large piece of chicken. The variety thatthey've added to their menu on just plain hamburger and chicken sandwiches has greatly impressed me. They're going a littleoutside the box I think they're throwing themselves out there a little bit to be different and I believe it's paying off. Filthy bathroom not just this time each time I stop here stinks of pee morning noon or night no way for management to run a... place.
