I don’t like to leave negative reviews but tonight I ordered a few pizzas and a grinder. I requested the grinder heated and... the dressing on the side. When I received the grinder it wasn’t heated and soggy with dressing on it. When I called to reportthe issue the girl who answered the phone had a major attitude and told me they need the sandwich back! Had 7:30 reservations last Friday evening. We weren’t seated until 7:50. That’s not all. On the way to our table following... the hostess, she decides to stop and speak with a waitress about a seating arrangement. This couldn’t wait 15 seconds to do?!! The garlic bread was over toasted and tasted like plain butter with not a hint of garlic. The sauce on our parm dishes(eggplant and chicken) was overly sweet. Not even close to a what homemade sauce should taste like. Whoever is giving 5-starreviews on this page is either a relative, close friend, or has been eating McDonald’s all their life. By far, THE BEST Italian food my family and I have ever had! I had the Big Daddy pizza, my daughter had just a plain cheese... pizza and my wife had the lasagna for dinner. We started with fried mozzarella and the meatball appetizer and they were bothgreat! Our server, Allie, was just great and was very attentive and as sweet as can be. If we had more time here, we woulddefinitely go back. Never been to a restaurant that was BYOB, very different; and so we could drink what we liked too. Recommendthis place to everyone. This is the worst pizza in bristol. It's tasteless and raw. The pizza was so sloppy and wet and soggy it was un edible. The... pizza wasn't even cut all the way through. A pizza and salad was 40$. We would have gone and gotten our money back but my familywas hungry. Read more

Service: The staff was very kind and attentive, servers recommended 2 amazing dishes that were delightful. Food Experience: The... food tasted pretty good, well seasoned. Bold flavors. Overall: I will have to give this place a 4 star rating as they did misson some key points like presentation and broccoli freshness that could easily be improved.
