I received awesome prompt service with friendly staff. Food was excellent. I had the 12-in steak sub with the works, french... fries that were hot and fresh, and their blueberry cheesecake was amazing homemade from scratch. Home... sick... in quarantine. Didn't feel like eating pizza, so I decided to try this place and get the veggie spaghetti. Pay... $7 for delivery so it's not a cheap meal. Order comes and I try it. Sets my mouth on fire! I try to eat it, but after 2 morebites, I just can't do it. I call the restaurant and explain. The lady assures me it should not be spicy. Says she'll haveanother made and bring it herself. She was very nice and I appreciated her effort, which is why I was willing to give a 2 starreview. She leaves, I try the fresh pasta... and it's spicy! Not quite as bad as the first batch...but I don't even put pepperon my food. I take 2 bites and start seeing jalapeños!!! I've not dug around in the dish, but just in the top layers, I find3 slices of jalapeños or possibly banana peppers?? The online menu does not mention anything about jalapeños or any peppersother than green peppers... which is exactly why I ordered this version. Again, I want to say that the lady I spoke with wasvery nice...but, I'm not sure in what universe jalapeños are not spicy. If they are banana peppers, they are too spicy forme... and not listed on the menu. Read more

Food took bout a hour and half to get here and was cold as ice when it finally did get delivered. And after the multiple wrong... stops they have no intention in discounting the cold food, it was terrible super grease ball for pizza that just left it soggy nwings were all breaded n no meat, n the cheesy bread was a cheese pizza cut into smaller pieces. Ordered small chef salad and Lamb Gyro. Salad was packed with iceberg lettuce, lots of lunch meat ham, a little turkey, cheese,... olives, green pepper and onions. GYRO meat was hard and dry. I ask for no tomatoes, I got no lettuce but lots of onions.Sandwich was not good. We also bought 4 bottles of Dollar General water from them. I do not recommend. Read more

Just as good as the Kingsport location. We love italianos! We got garlic knots with cheese, a small cheese pizza, and small... deluxe cheese steak calzone. The calzone is HUGE! Definitely 2+ meals worth of food, and so delicious. Our kids loved the pizzaand knots. Read more
