When the food is freshly cooked is the best time to get your order no body likes dried hard chicken
Went though drive thru spent 30 mins in line that was no problem if you want a certain type of food when we got to the speaker... the lady was rude and rushing me to finish my order that wasn't the problem she was getting a attitude everytime she said isthat all so I let that go when we finally got to the window the lady that took out order was handing out food I had asked forthe mayo she then rolled her eyes at me and huffed at me that's when I was like are you really rolling your eyes at me because Iasked for mayo I understand it's busy but you give the same respect that someone gives you but then when we left the store andgot home the chicken was raw I was beyond upset I called the store they offered a full refund which I will be getting themanager was really nice but the staff and the food I am lucky we noticed the way under cooked chicken before we started to eatit Read more
These guys are always great and I absolutely love their biscuits. That being said, I stopped by today and ordered and paid for a... steak and egg biscuit and got bacon and egg biscuit. Still good but not what I ordered and i didn't have time to return it. Read more
All 5 stars EXCEPT one of the employees coming out from the back proclaiming how she "hates this fun place" because of a... discrepancy in getting paid for vacation. I just came by volunteer parkway Bristol Bojangles and went in. It was one of the most pleasant places I've ever got breakfast... from all the staff was so courteous and nice and gave great portions of some of the freshest breakfast I've ever gotten. I willbe returning as it is my main go to breakfast place now. AJ and her crew really know people and great dining. It is a wonderfulfeeling when you get back and open your food up and it is perfect. I wanted to add I been ,and again been going back. RhondaDove took care of my order this morning and she deserves a raise she made my food excellent and I'm coming back every morningand spending $20 at least thank you so much Bojangles AJ kind of slacked it the other day making my biscuit and gravy it spilledout my car, but she was in a hurry and she will make i!!!!!! My Cajun chicken biscuit was good but my mashed potatoes taste like the flakes that come in a box and you mix with water. Spuds?... Drive thru was fast. Next time I'm going with fries. Read more

If you pay for a 5 piece meal you'll get a 4 piece and a few bo fries. Not to mention the red headed girl taking your order is... rude, and will scream I'm busy on her headset. I will definitely not be going back. This makes twice I have paid for a 5 pieceand only gotten a 4 piece. Could have told me sorry but I only have 4 very small tenders left. Read more
