I have never been more consistently disappointed by a fast food location. Nearly 100% of the time there is something missing... from my order, and with a 25 to 30 minute average wait it?s not feasible to turn around and get what?s missing. You can ofcourse go inside to get your order fixed, but if you wanted to go in that?s what you would have done in the first place. If I?mgoing to pay 50 dollars for a meal for 3 people I do have the expectation that it be correct. I work in the food serviceindustry and I understand mistakes, I make them too, but when it becomes a consistent pattern as it has at this location itsclear that management is failing to prepare there workers, or has no expectations. There is another location 8 miles up theroad which consistently lives up to the standards touted by the company, I?d recommend that location over this one any day, andnine times out of ten your service will be quicker even with the 16 miles of additional driving. They always forget my extra sauce. I also seen a fight in the parking lot over 2 ppl being told to go behind the same car. They... tend to get confused over which car goes in what order quite often I?ve noticed; as it?s happened 2 out of the 4 times I?vebeen. The food was good though. Read more

We sat in the line for 20 MINUTES!! And we had a mobile order and they still wouldn?t serve us our breakfast that we had... ORDERED. I have worked fast food and have never denied anyone food if it was a few minutes past the time. Read more

Very disappointed for the first time ever at a chick fil a. Girl took order and put wrong name down, not even close to mine,... even tho I spelled it to her. So food came out and sat for 10 minutes because they called the wrong name. It sat on the pick upshelf until I spoke to a manager who showed me it. I told him what happened and I got the excuse of its loud and maybe shedidn't hear. A good manager would have apologized, not made excuses and replaced it with a hot order. Didn't even offer. Orderwas opened and sandwich was ordered with no tomato and extra pickles. Had extra tomato and ne pickle slice. Owner needs to dosome training as this is not how this chain operates. Ordered on the app and still had to wait in the drive through. When I got to the window my food was not ready so I had to go... wait in a numbered spot for them to bring it out but their were no numbered spots open because a bunch of people were alreadywaiting for food that was not ready. Finally got our bags and we had non of the sauces we asked for. Read more

Extremely busy for LABOR DAY. Food competitively priced. Need to make the car line go faster. McDonald's, across the way, had 95... percent less people. Do not like to wait. I love the McDonald's software, especially the FREE DEALS (buy one, get one free).Wish that Chick -fil-A had the BOGO each time too. Kentucky Fried Chicken sandwich still has MOVE CHICKEN with a receipt thathas a survey, which gives you a buy one get one free chicken sandwich. Both restaurants have their own unique chicken flavor.It's up to your food pallet on that day. KFC sandwich is a wee bit more, but the survey makes up for it. Read more
