Best bbq I?ve ever had. From East Tennessee to western NC to southern SC and Atlanta GA food truck bbq. This place has it... figured out. Best collard greens you?ll ever have, pulled pork and smoked chicken were fire, the baked beans were best ever, andthe okra was hot and fresh. Cheap 2 dollar PBR, in and out for two less than thirty bucks. We will be back. This meal wasfantastic. Thanks delta blues. Read more

I have eaten at several different place in the NC, TN, and VA border area and Delta Blues has been the best by far. The freshest... food, always hot, and delicious. They often have live music and there is outdoor seating as well. Tuesdays the menu changes toCajun Night so everything is a little different. Read more

This place was great! I went on a random Tuesday while visiting for work so there wasn?t any live music but they stayed true... playing classic blues. You walk upfront to order and then sit inside or go around back and they?ll bring the food out. They?vegot tons of great options of your classic southern BBQ they also had a great amount of sides to pick from. Overall it was agreat environment with great eats! Read more

The pork BBQ was delicious! They have their own signature sauces. Loved the spicy one. Their wall photo gallery is impressive.... Will try to stop by on our way back home. Read more

The Memphis burger and Nacho Blues were delicious. The fries were great! As far as the barbecue, the brisket was dry, the ribs... were tasteless, but the burnt ends were good. Read more

Yummy BBQ served right on State Street with a tasty selection of sauces. We had the pulled pork and tried the East Carolina... sauce and the house spicy. The two mixed together are hard to beat and so savory. We had the green beans and house chips forsides. The green beans were yummy, prepared with onions and ham and just like mom used to make. The house chips are made fromscratch and lightly salted. So good. Food is served on metal pans and the portions are decent sized. The dining room has astage, with live Jazz every Saturday. The staff is very knowledgeable about what is and isn't gluten-free. All of the meats aresafe, and all the sauces except the Carolina Gold. The house fries look so yummy but are prepared with flour so we didn't trythem. Locals love this place and it isn't hard to see why. Definitely recommended if you love BBQ Read more

Normally I order brisket but they were literally sold out. I think it had something to do with it being race day! Very good... house sauce, sweet with a black pepper spicy kick. I Had it with my pulled pork sandwich and yes, very good with pork. Nexttime I'm coming for the brisket though. They had a line to the front door, the entire time I was there. Good stuff and highlyrecommended. I love good BBQ with good live music, and this place has it! I will be back soon! Read more
