My family and I decided to eat at the Bristol TN location for lunch today November 11, 2022. The food was good but the dine in... experience was bad. The manager Justin was rude and disrespectful to the employees. I was trying to enjoy lunch with my familyand my veteran farther on this occasion and he was cursing at one of his employees and insulting her. This was not the firsttime I've heard him reprimanding employees on the front line where customers can hear everything. This is very unprofessional.The way he is being allowed to talk to people is repulsive. Its one thing for him to do things like that when there are nochildren in the dining area but a whole other thing for him to talk that way in front of children. This experience has turned meaway from ever coming back again nor will I recommend it to anyone. This is definitely not a kid friendly establishment to dinein at. I sincerely hope that something is done to resolve this from happening to another family. Read more

The burgers and fries didn't have the zing they usually do. I'm not sure if a recipe changed or what. It is still very good but... not as exceptional as it was a couple of years ago. However it is still in the top 5 for fast burger places. And as always youget tons of fries. Read more

Outstanding burgers as I have come to expect from any of the five guys restaurants. I love this place. Very convenient and... easily accessible from the highway or the interstate. First time here at the pinnacle location. Great food. Everything wasdelicious, fresh as usual. Very quick turn around even though they were busy. Look forward to eating here again soon.
