Only okay many dirty tables, overflowing trash can and no pickles for the sandwiches.
Absolutely the Best subs around!!! A bit more expensive but you get what you pay for!!!
Very dissatisfied and disappointing cant even make a veggie aub the WAY its made on the menu paid for extra cheese didn't get it... nor the oregano salt pepper or olive oil, THANK GOD THEY REMEMBERED NOT TO PUT TOMATOES ON IT but I didn't order cucumbers if Ididn't order it then I WOULD NOT LIKE IT ON MY SANDWICH will NOT be returning to this location ???? I eat here often ,not for convenience, but because the staff is helpful and friendly, my order is always correct,the breads and... meats and veggies are always freash , no brown looking lettuce on my sandwich. Favorite location ! Read more

Service at this store has become very disappointing. Orders placed online are never ready when they are suppose to be. We use... to come in and eat before COVID, but now we place orders for pick up. The last three times we have placed an order it has notbeen ready at the time given in the email for pick up. Today it was a 16 minute wait past the given pick up time inside thestore just to get the sandwiches we paid for through the app. We are extremely disappointed in the decline of service at theVolunteer Pkwy store. We've been to at least 5 Jersey Mike's locations & this is our least favorite. The staff is efficient, but not particularly... friendly. The sandwiches appear to be made the same as the other locations, but don't taste quite the same. Maybe they'remissing the love. Read more
