If I could give -0 stars I would! Me & my husband went in for lunch today and first this young boy who was high as a kite got... our order wrong after we both had to tell him 4 times that we wanted 2 Big Boxes, how hard is that????? We couldn't understandhim he talked so low..then when we receive our Wrong order, we let him know , he don't apologize or nothing just gets this rudeheavy set woman to come up front , she don't apologize either, she rings up the right order and wants the difference. My husbandtells her to just forget it because she treated us as if it was our fault and rolled her eyes when I said her employee seemedhigh on something. We got our money back and went to Zaxby's! Just seemed ridiculous to me to have a guy working the front endcash register that was so glassy eyed and high that he couldn't even remember if he had given us our drink cups! And the timebefore this that we came here they were out of chicken and told us they might have more within an hour or so! It's a chickenrestaurant!!!!! Smh! We won't ever be back! Rude staff!!!!! The chicken is so good but the chicken was a bit raw over all it was great,and the fries are the best fries I've ever had

My husband I walked in to a completely empty restaurant, 5:30 on May 6, 2022. A Friday evening. There were two young men not... eating just sitting in the dining area- apparently socializing. No other customers were in the establishment. We could seeemployees working in the back. We waited approximately 8 minutes. At that point, an employee came walking from somewhere inthe restaurant, looked at us, went through the door to go behind the counter. We assumed she was going to wait on us. She didnot. She said absolutely nothing, retreated as the other employees were- to the inner sanctum of the kitchen area. My husbandand I looked at each other and jokingly remarked that maybe we were invisible. We waited another 2 minutes and decided to findanother restaurant who would welcome our business. The only communication we had with KFC this evening was a sign telling usthe buffet was temporarily closed and another explaining that due to a chicken shortage one (if one were fortunate enough toorder) could not make substitutions. I am now sitting in the Arby?s across the street. I just saw another man and woman go inKFC and leave pretty quickly. It isn?t my circus and not my monkeys, but it would seem someone is not minding their store. Read more

I could tell it was freshly cooked and full menu was available, even the new items. But then we got to the window! An employee... named Jay was amazing. Really made my bad day better. Great attitude and service. Thanks so much, really. Read more
