Food was extremely overpriced. 27.17 for 2 meals. When I mentioned the high price the counter person said that's the way it is.... Had the same meal today was only 9.63 in Johnson City, Tn. Plus the Bristol counter person did not give us a receipt. Read more
This place needs to close. I went in to order at the register and after waiting at least 5 minutes with no acknowledgement... whatsoever even though a worker was looking right at me, I asked should I just go through the drive-thru to get service. Thewoman said she is the only one there and she would get to me when she got to me. There was NO person in the drive-thru when Iwalked out. Either the management needs to hire more people or simply close. Also the workers there need to learn commoncustomer service and greet a person when they see them standing at the register. The crew was nice but I ordered their Southwestern shrimp bowl and as you can see in the picture it was shrimp, cheese and rice... with a very few pieces of cabbage! Where are all the beans, corn, rest of my cabbage and the southwest sauce? I'm almostpositive that my strawberry lemonade was also diluted with Sierra Mist! Also my sisters coleslaw wasn't just bad, it had startedfermentation. I don't recommend anyone going here. Read more
I got there at 8pm and the place was closed. The lights were on, the drive in sign was also on no sign saying they were closed. ... While i was sitting in their parking ordering a pizza three other cars drove up and waited and got no service. Long John's hasalways been one of our favorites, we won't plan on them for dinner anymore!! Read more
