We called the day of Mt daughters birthday....5 hrs before her party and they not only had great prices, but they got my order... done on time and the custom work was perfect. We normally have leftovers when it comes to cake, cupcakes, ect. But not with thiscookie cake....it was delicious and everyone wanted more! Read more
Bob who runs and owns PawPaws Fishing pad always leaves these cookies as a welcome present.. today we found out from Bob that... his son owns these shops ! AMAZING COOKIES ! Absolutely awful. Made an order online through their website and upon pick up the store was closed despite me arriving at the... pickup time and the store's hours listing it as open. No offer to refund. Took my money and hid. An absolute disgrace.Furthermore, they have refused to answer or respond when I've contacted customer service on their online ordering site. If youactually want to get what you paid for don't go to or buy from Great American Cookies. EDIT: Note that while the online site'scustomer service phone and email still has not even acknowledged my call/email the store was able to refund the purchase. Theonline ordering really shouldn't be selling things that the stores can't deliver. Upgraded to two stars since it isn'tnecessarily the location's fault. Read more
Cookies are my favorite dessert so I usually stop and get a cookie form here whenever I shop at the pinnacle. I have to say I?m... pretty disappointed by this store specifically because they have such a limited variety while being more expensive and not thebest taste. Honestly would have preferred a one dollar bag of cookies form Walmart; way tastier and cheaper. Read more
There are no prices listed for the items (with the exception of some of their specialty cookie cakes). The employees sing and... practically scream as they work. Eating inside is difficult because between the screaming, singing employees and a machine soundthat I think might be their oven, it is very hard to hear anyone else talking. The cookies can be stale at times. If you do askabout the prices for their cookies and drinks they act rude as if there is no reason why you should even ask for the price, likeit doesn't even matter (which kind of seems like a ploy to shame you into buying their over-priced cookies).(Their cookies areabout 1.50 a piece by the way). They push you to be a rewards member and to download their app which shows that their locationisn't apart of the rewards program. They also refill unwashed refill cups that people bring in which is a health code violation.They have accepted refill cups that people have washed in the bathroom, meaning with a little bit of toilet paper stillattached to it ( I think that's how the customer wiped it off). This location is noisy, inconsistent and unclean. It's alsooverpriced. I would not recommend going here. Read more
