Not a fan of the night crew at this location. The girl taking the orders could use some lessons in customer service. My order... was wrong and when I had come back she seemed to make it out to me that?s what I had ordered which is not the case. I receivedthe correct part of my order after having to reexplain the issue a few times. Pals customer. service and getting it right iswhat I enjoy about this location not sure what?s going on but I hope it gets fixed. Also the chocolate shake is like a littlebit of chocolate with vanilla ice cream like a little chocolate swirl, pals is my go to for a good shake so I was prettydisappointed when the girl seemed to not want to remake it since her comment was that?s how our chocolate shakes always are?.No they really aren?t. I am a manager of a very busy company I would want to know if my associates were not customer servicefriendly which is the reason for this post. I hardly ever leave reviews unless I feel it?s needed. Affordable food. Fast service. Friendly service. Not a fan of how much salt is used.
This location isn't nearly as fast as some of the other locations but that isn't exactly the problem but a symptom of a much... bigger issue. When the employees allow this location to back up, it creates a very dangerous traffic hazard. It is impossibleto see if the lane is clear due to the cars backed up to get into this location..this creates a very dangerous situation andneeds to be corrected. Read more
This location seems to miss items with orders and struggles with customer service. They weren?t friendly at all tonight. They... also didn?t give any napkins, ketchup, or straws with our meal. The guy working the window for payment and handing the food wasbasically throwing it all out the window without a word and then turned his back to the window. Read more

Great food but not so much sudden service especially at Lee Hwy store.
Great service, super fast. As someone from Texas it was our first time a couple months back and it was delicious. Fries were a... little too salty for my taste. But of course you can always ask for light salt or more depending on your taste. Read more
