Always had excellent service here... When ordering on-location. Order on the app and you may get forgotten. I had to wait 25... minutes for app-order to arrive. Meanwhile those who drove up and ordered spent an average of 5 minutes. Other locations don'thave this problem. I think I'll stick to drive-thru because it really is excellent service. Sonics is our new go to place and have amped up their food! The menu is very creative and switch up with some doggone good... burgers! I love their banana shakes and nobody serves the size and can beat the prices! Keep up the awesome job and 5 stars isjust upon the horizon, thats a fact indeed! Read more
Came late night after work after the worst week of my life! Had my wallet stolen with every bit of money to my name in it and my... entire life in it, lost my job, etc?. Was really looking forward to buying myself a plain vanilla cone and pretzel with the fewdollars I made at my first night at my new job. Couldn?t get the ice cream because they had already cleaned the machine which Icompletely understand it was 15 minutes before close but was still able to get the pretzel when the carhop delivered my food Iwas short by 1 penny and explained to him I had my wallet stolen or Normally ide be leaving a better tip, he ended up offeringto pay for my meal and wouldn?t take no for an answer honestly one of the nicest people I?ve met he deserves the best and araise! Haha! An incredible person and an incredible life experience! Moral of the story this person made my terrible week 100xbetter with a kind attitude and a pretzel! I frequent this location often. The food and drinks are usually good. However, today I waited over 40 mins just to place an... order. I went to 4 different stalls before someone answered the red button. Everyone around me was getting their food andleaving while I sat with 2 kids in the car waiting just to place an order. It almost felt as if they were purposefully nottaking my order. Read more
My son Micah and me had many years of meals and treats at this Sonic before the pandemic. It is a fun place to order from your... car and have your food brought to you by a friendly car hop. Sonic is always changing up the menu and you can really customizeyour drinks with so many flavors. A great family friendly place. Read more
This place had really great food and the prices were far beyond reasonable for what you get. That's one of the reasons I love... going here to eat. The service is always great too. Been here a couple of times and I don't think that I've ever gotten a rudeattendant or anything. That says a lot about a place when it takes care of their customers like that. Great desserts as well.Tried the Oreo Cheesecake Shake and it was unbelievable how great it was. I think I may have found a new favorite milkshake!! Read more
I never write bad reviews. I?ve wanted to leave this place a bad review multiple times? ALMOST EVERYTIME I come here the staff... is rude and short. This time I order my breakfast burritos and they came out just sausage, cheese, and egg. No veggies oranything. I didn?t even want to ask for my actual order because they?re so rude. The carhop shoved the bag in my hand and left.So over it. I hope your corporate office does a complete overhaul and fires and/or trains these associates better. 1 time is anaccident but every interaction is like this. Read more
