On 7-3-22 we arrived at the store at 1:02 pm. Two employees were working - one in front and one in back. By the time I was... finally waited on they were out of mayo, green peppers, provolone cheese, spinach, and they were out of turkey when I was thereonce before. I watched 7 people walk out. The girl in front was trying to do online orders and take care of walk-in customers.She was overwhelmed and I felt bad for both girls who were working that day. I finally left the store at 1:42 pm, waiting about40 minutes to get food. My husband worked in fast food for 40+ years, managing stores and working as a District Supervisor. Weunderstand that it's hard to get people to work these days, but a lot of the problem in in the management/ownership. I don'tusually do reviews, but if this store wants to remain open, something needs to change or else the store will be forced to close.We don't want to see that happen. I'm giving only two stars because the store did look clean and the girl waiting on me wasclearly embarrassed by having to make the walk-in customers wait. Read more

Placed an order today at 215pm for 6 subs with a ready time of 245pm. At 250pm, I get a phone call from the worker asking if my... order was accurate because it was 2 orders of 3 subs... this being 5 minutes after they were already supposed to be ready. After confirming it was correct, they gave an estimated time of 315pm for them to be ready. It is now 4pm and we are stillstanding in the store because they still aren't ready. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Once, theycalled to let us know they were out of meat. Why were they still allowing orders? This is absolutely poor management and poorownership. If you have one person working then you should close your online ordering system so they aren't overwhelmed. I'm notsure why we continue to try to give them our business. Two hours for 6 subs is unacceptable and offering a free drink while wecontinue to wait is a slap in the face. Read more

Slowest Subway I have ever been to. I walk in and this lady in front of me had ordered 8 sandwiches, it took them over 30... minutes to prepare those. All I wanted was one 6 inch sub and had to wait over 30 minutes just to get that. On top of them beingslow, the employees were rude and the girl who made my sandwich toasted it too long, it was almost burnt and the bread tastedstale. I usually like Subway but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Subway. Read more

This Subway location is visibly clean and organized, less a few tables that need to be brushed off, but as I sat down, the store... manager was addressing the issue. The manager, Irene, done a spended job in greeting me and starting my order. Delzie, thecashier, had a very welcoming smile and great atitude. Customer service gets an A+. Food was fresh and my order was prompt. I'mglad I chose to stop. Read more
