We have ate at this location several times as dine in customers. Our two favorite waitresses is Cass and Heather!! They both... are very attentive!! I would have no complaints. Would give you 4.5 stars. Today I called in an order to go. It was 2 chickensandwiches with bacon lettuce an mayonnaise. The hash browns were to be cooked well done and scattered, covered and chunked. . The chicken was a small piece didn't even cover half the bun, no bacon and no mayonnaise. No onions was a good thing.. The hashbrowns had nothing in or on them except grease and were half cooked. No where close to well done. I believe this will be thelast call in order. We will stick to eating there, if we come back. I am so disappointed with this meal.. sorry but it will bea while for us to come back. Read more
I absolutely ???? ? love this location on the parkway !! Sasha I believe her name is and another girl I can remember her name... but those two put it down they don't mess around they are extremely friendly and down to earth they get my food in a timelymanner always have it perfect and are on top of the refills NO MATTER what your drinking I would recommend going OH THEY HAVE AQUARTER JUKE BOX ITS AWESOME GO CHECK EM OUT they always keep it clean too GO GIRLS YOUR AWESOME ????????????!! The restaurant only had 1 other table when we first arrived none of the booth tables had been wiped down, we cleaned it... ourselves with hand sanitizer and a napkin. The food arrived warm which we didn't complain. The most alarming thing I saw whenwaiting a couple of minutes to pay was the cook had on gloves handling raw meat, and continued to touch multiple surfaceswithout changing them. The kicker was he wiped said gloves on his apron and then handled hash browns putting them on the grillwith the same contaminated gloves. We will never eat at this location again. My wife and I visit this Waffle House at least once a week. A waitress named Heather waited on us the first time we were there.... We request her every time now. You need more waitresses like her. Always friendly, checks on us frequently (2-3 times a visit)and makes sure that what we ordered is correct and cooked just right. We have been there when she isn't working and usuallyleave disappointed. Read more

Today was my actual first time at a waffle house believe it or not. Treated my brother to some breakfast. Very very good! Staff... was friendly and amazing. Great to have one on the parkway! Where I went to college we had a huddle house but the waffles can'tcompare to waffle house. Also great coffee! Read more
My waffle and bacon were good, however, my husbands eggs were not cooked the way he ordered and his hash browns were cold.... Service was very slow even though the restaurant was not busy when we were there. The waiters were more interested in talking toeach other than taking care of customers. The worst part of the visit though was that the restaurant was filthy. There was trashand spill stains on the floors everywhere. While we sat and watched one of the waitresses dropped a butter packet on the floor,looked down at it and walked away. Another waitress walked by and stepped on it, looked at it and she walked away. There's a big ol guy cooking at that place I really enjoy. It's Waffle House not the French Laundry so just need it the best of... their best. That guy Jon or John I think is a jewel.
