I live very close to here so I used to stop in often,especially for the summer strawberry salads..Next summer if u haven't u... should ????...The female manager on days needs a hug she's a grumpy one.Being honest its not very inviting all around add n thestore being awkwardly separated its a weird vibe. Im guessing that's why drive thru is backed up n the road regulary at nite.Iwould def go back if I didn't mind sitting and waiting or missing a fork, salad dressing,straws u know basic stuff.If u ask themor call them out they act like it's some huge ordeal to make whst u asked or God forbid a fork for my salad ???????????... Ifyou can do to another Wendy's I would personally but if it's a quick sandwich or drink salad then I'd say go for it.Word ofadvice to the managers u guys mess so much up I wouldn't question every single thing.Most aren't out to get u for a 99centfrosty calm down & breathe... Decent food, convenient location! Food sometimes comes out crushed/smashed. Or the box of fries is less than half full. It's... cheap so can't expect too much. The salad is nice though! Attitude depends on the day. Friend tried to apply to work part time,but they're only taking people who are available every day of the week. But they seem short-staffed/slow. Read more
Come here once a week and always have issues getting condiments like ketchup and crackers with my order when I ask at the window... for extra they seem to get upset when I ask for ketchup and crackers two go with my order when I buy a 10p nugget and largefries just one pack of ketchup isn't going to cut it an two packs of crackers with 2 large chilies isn't enough. Also the olderlady that works the drive through window almost throws my food at me very rude does not have very good customer service skills.. Read more
First time ordering through the app and it was flawless we had 4 peoples order and all correct. I ordered a pub spicy chicken... sandwich it is very good and flavorful. The strawberry frosty was excellent as well. Read more
My husband and I come to Bristol every year, first time ever stopping at this place , they were packed at the drive thru. So my... husband went inside, ordered don't know how confusing, a double cheese with only mayo and bacon is but it confused her , so hejust told the lady 2 double cheese with everything , we ended up with two doubles with cheese one was plain with bacon and theother had mayo, katsup and mustard with bacon and , although the food tasted good , the services was slow and food was wrong ,but they was busy , so we would give this another go , cause they could have been better , Hubby thinks it was also a newcashier Read more
Sit for over 10 minutes at the window then they still Gave us under cooked food and the wrong items and forgot several things... from our order they did nothing to correct the issue and the guy at the window fixing drinks was slamming stuff down and makingremarks about customers guess he didn't think I could hear him.
