Just visited this Johnson city, TN store today and thought I could give an honest review. Today I found out that Zaxbys serves... hot food in some stores Just not at the pinnacle and apparently you don't have to drive around the building to wait on cold foodin other stores only at the pinnacle. Most tables in the dining room were dirty and not wiped down. Staff was overall disinterested and the tea tasted like it was... made yesterday. Unfortunately, if it doesn?t improve, it will go out of business similar to the Steak n Shake next door. Read more

The chicken is great and they have a great spices and sauces but a employee charged me $3 for a fork and the Zaxby's sauce... separate from my order and I said if he was seriously he said yeah. Later I wait for him to leave and then ask another employeeand he said they were free. Kind of mad but glad I didn't actually buy it. Good food though. Read more
