A friend who lives in Bristol recommended this for breakfast while we were visiting the area. We were a little disappointed that... they didn?t have a hot breakfast available the day that we went, but apparently it fluctuates from day today. We were notdisappointed by the sandwiches, cheese and crackers and dips and things we purchased from the cold case. We also enjoyed coffeeand golden milks and some baked goods. There were four of us and we spent a little over $100. It was pricey but everything wasdelicious! Read more

Feels like Brooklyn has come to Bristol. They are providing a product that I don\'t think anyone in Bristol asked for. I just... want a regular breakfast sandwich. Without jam. I also want to know what I am ordering without having to ask what thibgs are. Using fancy names for things doesn\'t impress me. It makes me want to go somewhere else. The biscuits are fantastic on theirown, but way too rich for a breakfast sandwich.\n\nThe prices are not put of line for what they are delivering (high price, highquality), it just isnt what I want. Such a cute coffee shop / eatery / small groceries spot. The iced vanilla oatmilk latte was one of the best I\'ve had. I was... very tempted to try many of their baked goods as well as sample the local jams / vinegars / greens / bottled drinks and muchmore. They also have a menu for sit down foods that I did not try this time. Lots to try here with ample seating and free 2 hrparking right in front of the cafe. Staff was welcoming and kind! Highly recommend checking it out. Read more

A breakfast sandwich so good and so decadent that I am not even sure if it can be called a sandwich. Rivals Cafe Hot as best... \"egg between some form of bread\" thing in the Champlain valley. Plus a beautiful modern aesthetic inside. Bravo Minifactory! Read more

Delicious scone and golden latte. They have ceramic cups if you eat there; make sure to request that since they otherwise... default to paper cups. Read more

While first walking into the Minifactory, I was invited with a sweet aroma and vibrant colors filling the cafe/shop. In the back... left corner of the store, there is a little retail section filled with local produce, meats, cold beverages, and, of course, VSmiley products. I personally purchased some Raspberry Jam from them (can confirm it\'s absolutely delicious).\n\nWhen I visited(Monday, March 28th) for breakfast and coffee, they were on their final day of a three-day soft opening, meaning they only hadtheir Pecan Ginger Scones left in stock for pastries. Let me tell ya, fantastic scones! A crisp and crunchy outside with a softand delicate inside. Also, quite filling!\n\nUnfortunately, I didn\'t take a picture of this, but I also a got beautifulCappuccino from their current Barista, Noah. He\'s very friendly and makes some damn good coffee! The rest of the staff werealso very lovely! They also had this coffee cheat sheet which is very useful for someone who knows next-to-nothing about coffee(like me).\n\nIt cost me $30 total for a Cappuccino, Two Scones, the Jam, and a tip. The Jam was most expensive item I bought($13). While certainly not dirt cheap, everything here is well worth it\'s price!\n\nAll in all, V Smiley\'s Minifactory is acozy and splendid experience!
