Traveling through town and had breakfast here. I don?t leave reviews often, but this is one of the worst breakfasts I?ve ever... had. My partners oatmeal was dry and clumped together, my eggs Benedict literally made me ill. The hollandaise sauce wasreminiscent of mayonnaise and the eggs were undercooked. Service was poor at best. We are visiting from out of town and went to snaps for dinner. We were honestly really disappointed with our experience because... of all the good reviews. The restaurant was a bit busy and appeared to be understaffed, which is understandable. However, eventhen we were completely forgotten about and our food took well over an hour to come out. People who ordered after us weregetting their food before us. We asked SEVERAL times if our order got missed (it happens) and we?re assured it was coming. Onceit did, I have to say we were really disappointed. It was extremely bland and mine was even cold. We spent over two hours therefor a place with a quick sit down vibe. We picked this restaurant based on the positive reviews and the vegetarian friendly menu. However, we learned that we only had... the soup and salad options once our server informed us that they were out of Impossible burger and Ricotta and butternut squashRavioli. Snaps is an incredible self seeting experience! The service had me re-defining the meaning of a five star experience! Food was... incredibly fast and good, well rounded meals with a good prices. Restrooms were small, but neat and tidy. An absolutely amazingplace to spend breakfast or lunch! Excited to return!! Read more

Ugh, the two of us waited for an hour for our food while a 6 top came in, dined, then paid. Had to flag the waitress just to... refill our coffee. Food was not bad but not worth the wait? We were clearly forgotten. Really bad service. Read more
