Traveling, needed something to eat. Service was slow, Food was good. Wasn't happy that the employee took my card and... disappeared for an unusual amount of time. I have Chase so the transaction alert came to my phone immediately. Gave me my foodand I had to ask for my card twice. Putting a stop on my card just in case. Horrible horrible service. Paid 50 dollars for my order and half the order was missing. Sends me to the window to give me the... rest of my missing meal and I?m sitting for 30 minutes and still didn?t give me all my food. I got there around 3:30pm on Friday, I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes before I was ever even waited on. I get a large... fry that was half empty old an cold. My small fry was the same. My McDoubles was cold an sloppy. I have worked here before and eaten here tons since moving to Bristol in 2015. The food is almost always properly assembled and... piping hot, but occasionally the DT will hand me the wrong bag. lol. Always had errors handled expeditiously and politely. Read more
