THE BEST !! The dang Chili buns are amazing and the Frenchy Fries really tickle my taste buds ! Groovy Grub !

This was my first Bad experience at a Pals location in 20 years. I ordered 2 Big pals with cheese,bacon,and mayo only. She ask... me if I wanted everything else on it and I replied No. When I got my order we decided to check before driving off. They burgershad meat and bacon on them. I turned around and drove back to the window. The girl walks off and took 2 or 3 mins beforereturning to the window and ask what the problem was. I said I ordered these with mayo, bacon, and cheese. They only have baconon them. So they made it the 2nd time. She handed me a single with cheese,bacon and meat. Just one burger. By this time I amgetting angry. I said this is not what I ordered. Another girl came to the window and took my receipt. I said I paid for theburgers and I want them right. So finally as ALL the other employees stood there with their arms crossed came and made my order.All of the staff was young and Extremely rude. I have called corporate on them and they have said they have had multiplecomplaints about this location. I don't recommend eating here, and I will never return. Read more

They have screwed up my food the past two days in a row. Hair in my cheddar rounds 2 days in a row. And on top of that the first... gravy biscuit was so crunchy you couldn't eat it and today its like its been sitting on top of the fridge all night and theyseen it and served it to me. Im only 5 min away definitely not enough time to cool down. This is ridiculous its too much to havethat poor if service pal barger is turning in his grave for the exit 7 pals omg!!! Read more

When my son Micah and me went to Pal's it always brightened up our day. It was always fresh and delicious. The shakes are a... treat as well. We also tried the biscuits and cheddar rounds and enjoyed those as well. Staff is friendly and will really "makeyour food in a flash." Read more

Amazing food, amazing prices! I am from down south, but anytime I am NEAR Bristol, I detour away to get some Pal's. Don't be... deterred by a long drive-thru line, it moves fast, and is so worth it. Pal's is one of the best fast food places. The food is at a good price and the quality is always really amazing. The Ham... sandwich is really good and so far the fries. We always make sure we stop by one when we are in the area. I really wish they hadone in Florida! Read more
