Spaghetti and meatballs is awesome! It's always very good and the to-go salads are amazing! Always ready right on time! The... pizza is great too! Drivers and staff are always very nice. This was the most redickaless place. I had arranged to have or weekly family get together with my family and we all decided on... pizza plus bristol Tennessee.I called in the order at 7 :53pm and by8:49pm had call back still was not at the house todelever.by 9:15pm my family had done left with out eating and at 9:39pm the driver showed up.trying to have me pay for thelarge pizza with the small pizza that he had in his hand.Called store manger she said that I was advised there was 3 peopleahead of me witch that was not true this place is not to be a fast food restaurant.i if u won't your food in a 2 1/2 hour timeframe.it a place for u. These people always forget something in your order. Twice now I have ordered delivery and have had items missing. When calling... the store to ask if they could deliver my missing items or refund me, they refuse to refund or deliver the missing items, and amtold I have to come to the store to pick them up. When asked if they?ll then refund the delivery fee since I now have to run outand pick up my missing items they refuse to. Recently my husband went to pick up an order, not knowing when I had exactlyordered, he pick up the food and came home. When I asked where my 2 liter of Pepsi was, he said they never gave it to him. So Icalled the store and asked if they could refund me for the missing 2 liter. They told me they couldn?t and they would contactthe GM to let him know to do so and he would contact me. I asked if I could just come pick it up in the morning since they wereclosing in 5 minutes and they told me no, we can?t do that since the order is from tonight? well about a week later I?m stillwaiting on a call from the GM and a refund. I?ll probably never hear from them. I know it was only like $3 for the pop butstill, that?s $3 they stole from me. We usually order from a lot from here, and have had no problem or issues untill today, we ordered our food at 4:45 and by 6 we... still had not received our food, I called back and spoke with the manager and she said the driver told her that our addressdidn't exist, that she would send it back out, we received no phone call or nothing and still no food, they will nolonger get mybusiness, very unprofessional and neglectful, also acted as if just did not care, Read more

One of Bristol?s best kept secrets: daily lunch buffet! we were truly impressed. A wide variety of DELICIOUS pizzas, a very... nice, fresh, and generous salad bar, even dessert pizza. Plus your drink ? all for $9.99! You could not have asked for betterservice. Even though it?s a buffet, you were waited on hand and foot, including bringing your drinks and refills and asking ifthere?s anything you would like, several times. The gentleman who was working the dining room was very, very nice. I liked thattheir menu also included hot hoagies ? something I haven?t found much of around here. Don't know anything about the quality of this restaurant. However I tried to order online and quit because you HAVE TO log... in/create account. It doesn't work with Facebook and the account creation is clunky at best. Needless to say, I didn't order andwent to pizza hut since they at least have good online service. Read more
