Everything was great but I feel like the amount of chicken in my crunch wrap was a bit skimpy.
One of the very few times we did not feel like cooking so we placed an online order. Even though it gets prepared when we arrive... at the drive-thru, the order was wrong is so many ways. I was told they did not have ingredients for several things and wasasked what ingredients we wanted to substitute. I was handed an iced coffee drink as my last item although I had ordered a HotCinnabon Delights, so I had to wait until someone looked back out the window to notice me trying to get their attention to fixorder/drink. Got very little cheese, but that's ok because I didn't get the chips anyway. Didn't get our taco or chalupa either. Ordered no... spicy ranch on the gordita, got it anyway. Read more
Ordered two beef tacos and a beef burrito supreme through the drive-thru. I ordered extra beef and extra sour cream on both... tacos and was charged for it. The tacos ended up having half of what you would expect for beef even without asking for doubleand nothing else on the tacos. Based upon what they charged me, I knew they heard the order correctly they just didn't care toprepare it the same way. Extremely poor experience.... Read more
Went to Taco Bell for the first time in quite a while today excited. Order receive our food double check everything we ordered... was there realizing we were short 1 taco we have to pull back around to wait in the long line of the drive thru cause the diningarea is still closed. Finally pull up and they say are you the ones with the free taco? Well no actually we had paid just didn?treceive one. No apology nothing hands us the bag. Get home to this. Absolutely the worse food I?ve ever been served. First off they gave me a chalupa with something other then beef? I don?t no... whatever. My childrens dortito loco tacos was served to them soft, not crunchy. They have definitely made ahead and sat there.There was also hair in the potato?s. No one ate. $17 wasted. Read more
